I bought an air compressor that came with 3 different nail guns, $269.00, this helped me to do a job in a fraction of the time, and was affordable.

We visited the Home Depot in Longmont on a Saturday and were excited to be ordering our new countertop. However, after having someone page for help in this department and then waiting for 30 plus minutes to no avail, we left and went somewhere else.

I really enjoy my interaction with the knowledge associates.

I went in looking for a threshold and the first 4employees had no idea what it was and sent me looking everywhere except where they were the 5th person knew where they were and took me to it

Haley is wonder associate who is always pleasant to help, she is very knowledgeable in several departments. She has made me and my customers happy with choices she has recommended for remodeling kitchen and bathroom.

This store has fantastic customer service!

We live in Estes Park so have several choices of Home Depot locations, all around an hour away. Definitely find the Longmont employees friendlier and more helpful than other locations. I’m disabled and employees go out of their way to help.

No one is asking customers to wear mask (even those provided by HD.) That leads other to also ignore the mandate. The store feels very unsafe at the momet.

I had a return outside the 90 return policy (missed it by 5 days) and Rhonda in customer service made everything right. And I was able to find plenty of supply of the correct product and walked away a very happy Home Depot customer.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and available to help. It was easy to ask for and have someone help and give good answers to my questions.

This HD consistently has what I need at prices that fit my budget with good people that care about my needs.

I’ve been purchasing material at store 1521 for over 10 years now. The items are neatly displayed and usually in stock. The pro desk is my favorite morning stop. Mike, Avery, and Kate all go above and beyond to meet my needs. Mike is the heart of the crew. Always has a smile and a funny joke that will let you join in on the smile session. Great place to feel welcome and do business.

I had to return an item I purchased from the store. I was met with a friendly face and smile. There were no questions asked except to have the money put back on my credit card.

Every aspect of our visit reminded me of how fortunate we have such a helpful Home Depot where we live.

Great associates. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend that anyone purchase carpet from any Home Depot store in the Longmont area. They subcontract the installation and the installers they use are not professional and refused to install the carpet we had purchased at the store. Home Depot came to our house to measure the rooms for the carpet and we were told the installation would be routine and they would do it just like it had been done two other times. When the installation day arrived, the installer refused to do the job and just left. We didn't know he was leaving and he did not come back. We were given a second install date and the same thing happened. Home Depot has finally promised to refund our purchase.

Collin from the painting section helped me figure out how to patch up a small hole in my wall and offered various options for me to utilize. I had never done a project like this before. He went to great lengths to explain to me how to fix this problem, and he also went out of his way and spent much of his time color matching for me to paint over the spot. He was very polite and super helpful and I couldn’t have done this job without him and all of his expertise!

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff cleaning carts and registers after use. Always smiles and hello's. We shop here a lot and it feels like home! And store is well stocked with items where they should be!

Always clean everybody at the pro desk doors and windows and customer service are always friendly and very helpful
