Rude associates & poor company practices

The employees in garage doors and appliances were dilligent in finding us the products that fit our needs at the prices that fit our budgets.

Apparently 8PM is a bad time to shop here these days. Employees standing around talking but scatter when you approach, so no one available to help. Shelves not well stocked, no one to help find stuff. Maybe the good employees who actually care about customer service are out sick with Covid. And the others at work (tho not working to serve customers) are hiding behind the anonymity of face masks! Worse customer service ever in this store!

Saw 6 people without masks shopping in less than a half hour. Mask requirement is not being enforced, even as covid cases spike.

I dealt with Heather. She was extremely helpful in purchasing my refrigerator. I had gone into the store last week. However, I had to order my appliance on line. Heather helped me purchase it with her.

The store was clean all the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the products social distancing and wearing a mask was respected by everybody all in all a great experience which made me spend $3000 dollars for remodelling my house

I was very impressed by the customer service offered in the Lumber dept. Special compliments to Anthony, young but very respectful and helpful. He came and offered his help with the best attitude and even made sure that i had my red flag on the lumber that was outside my truck bed. Made my day!!

My favorite Home Depot in the area. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am disabled and employees have taken carts and gotten me products that I wanted while I waited. They have helped load my car and tie items down. Mark has been especially generous in his assistance and time.

Michael in Lumber was awesome. Super friendly and kind- high recommend.

Went to store to buy stocked materials. Staff could find 2 of 7 in stock units. HD Staff Unwilling to look further despite "in stock" condition. Informed me to drive to Denver as 1 was stocked in Denver. ah...that is helpful... Went on-line to buy from HD website. Showed in stock in Longmont store. I ordered the correct SKU. Wrong SKU Delivered. Delivery fellow not sure if we should refuse delivery or if I needed to return to store. I Went to store to return. Spent a lot of time for a simple return. Pointed out the paperwork SKU was different from Delivered SKU. Delivery Charge was difficult to refund. Unnecessarily complex transaction and molasses slow. Found the correct product on-line, from a competitor, significantly less expensive and delivered. Sorry HD. Not your shining moment.

sale prices not marked; Gavin in garden checkout has a bad attitude.

This store needs more qualified employees. An just plain MORE employees. Yes to all the review guidelines at right.

Asked for help and employee pointed where to go and walked away. Had many questions and another customer (who was not wearing a mask ) helped me get what I needed. Very disappointed in service.

Great Staff with even better Personal Skills! Everyone asked if I was finding what I needed, would show me where things I couldn't find where. Employees Where ALL WEARING MASKS! keeping good Social Distance... Good job everyone. John Heston

Worst Home Depot, Worst Customer Service of any Home Depot Store I have bought from in the past 20 years. I will NOT shop here again and I will let others know about my experience.

MET team member Michael was so helpful that it has restored my faith in Home Depot. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, his recommendation on products will save me hours of work! We are calling him Saint Michael at our house.

Visit any other store but this one. Notorious for poor customer service.

With the whole pandemic happening I feel that this store is really stepping up. They have put into motion many measures to help keep all of us safe while we shop. I know most if not all stores have, but I have not seen it executed this well anywhere else. And I have seen them handle difficult customers with ease. Keep up the great work!!

The associates here are wonderful. I can always get the help I need in different areas. If that employees does not know, they always find an employee that can help. The store has a lot of items and the store is well stocked.

Visit your LONGMONT Store #1521 during Covid19 I was very pleased with your process in place and how organized and friendly and helpful your stuff was. I went to buy a Tuff Shed and apply for a Home Depit credit card I was helped by an employee Ross he was amazing very courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I was also very pleased to see that LONGMONT Store #1521 gives employee with the opportunity to work there. Great job
