I can usually get what I need in a fairly decent amount of time. The cashiers are generally helpful. The customer service in the lumber area today bordered on ridiculous and rude. Too much to go into. They need some serious attention from management on customer service.

I have been shopping here for over three years now. Since I was remodeling and updating my home, this location was my primary source for supplies. Between the staff and the top quality material I purchased, I have been completely satisfied. Outstanding store with outstanding customer service.

Bought a Milwaukee tool very impressed with it

I went to the local home depot in Longmont, Colorado to find a product to Clean the Dirty grout in my tile flooring and with the Help of one of home depot's associates. I found the perfect product. . I went home and use the product on the ground of my tile flooring and it works wonderfully. It made my grout look Brand New. And then I went back and purchased the sealer and sealed my grout so I can enjoy a beautiful looking floor another five years. 👍

I have had a problem with a smoker/grill that is no longer offered at HD. Customer service went beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere.

At our visit today at our local Longmont Home Depot, we witnesses one cashier berating a senior citizen who was a military veteran about his military discount. The military gentleman had his military retirement ID card in his hand, trying to get the military discount. My husband is also military but we get nothing but continual harassment about this as well. Requiring military personnel to fill out an endless online form that goes far beyond registering us as military. It looks like Home Depot is using this form to data-mine an incredible amount of personal information. The military ID card that military personnel carry with them are issued by the US government and will allow to get on military bases with these cards. So I ask, why can't Home Deopt look at a military photo ID card and give the discount they advertise they are giving military personnel? Watching this honored veteran driven to tears because he did not understand why he wasn't going to be given his discount and furthermore, indicated he did not own a cell phone, and did not understand the internet. Maybe Home Depot needs to reevaluate how it is treating the men and women that have defended our country with a little more respect and give the discount when the ID is shown. Our veterans deserve more than being treated like thieves.

OMG, the guy Stephen in the paint department is absolutely terrible. He is rude, never once made eye contact, cut me off several times while I was trying to tell him what I needed to order and I am sure he has issues with women. After that long drawn out and agonizing encounter, the jerk made my paint wrong.. Stephen should be fired.

I was able to call the store and purchase the items I needed over the phone. They had my order ready to load when I got to the store. It was a quick in and out. The people were friendly and helpful.

I recently moved to Longmont and have to say, the people here are much more friendly. I can easily order online for a smooth pickup or go in the store for help from anyone.

I bought an item at Home Depot that turned out to be the wrong size. The client went and bought a different item which was again the wrong size so I had to go and buy the right thing. I what he bought I did not get the receipt for it. It was not on my card. They were willing to accept the return but only give me 50% of the value with a rip off. I shop at the store constantly great way to alienate your best customers.

I have been spending quite a bit if time in HD lately. Doing a renovation. I had wonderful help today from several employees Shout out to Manager Jeff who went above and beyond ,JJ and Andrea who took care of the details at the register.. The lady greeter who sent me in the right direction. The gentlemen who took things off the shelves for me and the one who took my item all the way the to cashier for me. I couldn't be more grateful for their service and kindness. And they were equally kind to my dog.

Employee Douglas K. Was so rude and inconvenienced when being asked a question about Products and installation of said product that I may not return to this store for future purchases or advice.

In process of major multi bathroom remodel. Found Home Depot to have a good selection of materials at good prices. Found he Longmont store on S Hover, in particular, to offer better assistance than several of the other local locations.

I work with all the people at the pro desk and I have got to say, they are the best. Always going above and beyond for the customer.

good experice, save my time

I stopped by to pick up a couple of items. It was my first visit to this store. Staff are friendly, it is easy to navigate. It was before Halloween, and the kids loved the animated Halloween figures. Check out was quick.

I was in the Longmont store last week and every associate I encountered was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. The store is clean and organized which made it easy to find what I needed.

Mariena, a cashier, and Brad, an associate helping with rope by the foot, were absolutely helpful along with other associates that helped me in finding what i was looking for.
