I didn't have the best shopping experience however, there were several employees who went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. You can tell they love their job. Russ in customer service who took the time to call management to help with an issue that was beyond his control and didn't just set me aside to wait. Mike in Pro Service who offered me water because he seen that I had been waiting for an hour for help loading my tile. Cheryl who was driving the fork lift and explained that she has worked there for 20 years and has never seen an issue like this before and apologized when she had no reason to apologize as she hadn't done anything wrong, Gary who guided her with flags as she loaded my truck and made small talk with me about how he worked on a dairy farm prior to coming out of retirement to work at Home Depot. Upon returning to fix my issues that I had during my initial visit a young man named Jose and Matt had to remove a pallet of tile by hand and had the best attitude about it. I can't say I would've been happy about having to do that but they were super helpful. I'm giving a 5 star rating because these employees are what will keep me coming back to this store. They are all very kind, down to earth people and deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service.

The store was clean and friendly staffs.

Isles blocked by displays, abandoned lumber carts and other issues turned getting our lumber cart from the back to the front into a maze. I was recently in a wheelchair for over 9 months. Anyone needing one of the handicapped carts would not be able to navigate 80% of the store. Frustrated and unassisted. On the best day I still wouldn't go back just because how cluttered the isles are with displays and spare merchandise. Employees didn't seem to see any need to assist us or clear the isles of abandoned carts.

Don't buy your Christmas tree here this year. The service on the lot was grudging, rude and unhelpful. The lot attendant was only reluctantly willing to net the tree, make a fresh cut, and load it on my car top. He had no twine to secure the tree, and suggested the I could buy some in the store. He offered that he couldn't really be helpful because he was "going off the clock" in a couple of minutes. This is in stark contrast to the helpful service I have received at this Christmas tree lot in years past.

I always find the store in excellent order whenever I shop. The signage is great that allows me to locate what I need to pick up. If I have any problems I can always find an employee for help. There are always sale items up front for all to see which might be what I came in to shop. The lighting is great & the store seems to be very clean under the circumstances with all the people coming & going.

James came over and thought it would be good idea to give me a stern talking to about my issue with customer service. Hey James, not your job, and you were wrong. Caused a long line at customer service as well who were each individually inconvenienced by you. Stay at the paint desk next time.

Had all supplies on hand needed for a hot water heater replacement. Was good to get in and get out.

it stinks you have to shag your own large cart from the lot, not like the Firestone HD or Greeley HD. Return poilcy stinks, waiting for 3 days to refund your money to account.

Always have a good experience at the Longmont Home Depot. The employees are friendly, helpful and professional. The store is clean and laid out well. It is always easy to find employees within a short amount of time for assistance.

The young checkout personnel were new but very friendly and helpful. Several years ago I had a bad experience at this store but management quickly turned it around and has obviously maintained a positive environment .

A big thank you to the young man at the customer service desk who helped my with the handle assembly on the weed trimmer I recently purchased and to Jacqueline at the Garden Center, for helping me find trays to transport my seedling pots. Helpful and friendly team members!

I live in the mountains, and I am about equidistant from the Longmont and Boulder stores. I hate driving and parking in Boulder. Also, typical of the different city cultures, the employees in Longmont are much more down-to-earth and friendly (and more knowledgeable).

There are often not enough people to help. The exit from the store is awful and unsafe

We live 25 miles from this store and there are hardware stores closer. I will always get the products I need for our home at this store. I know I will find what I need with the help of the employees. I have many times before.

The store manager that was called to help with my return was not helpful, I was treated in a way that I did not appreciate. As I was walking out the door the customer service desk employee that had just spent 30+ min dealing with me doing a return that they didn't return asked me for the receipt for the item in my cart that was the item I was trying to return, then says," O your that woman"

The store needs to learn how to work with customers and keep in contact with its customers. To not assume orders have been fulfilled and changed without consulting the customers about any changes to the orders.

Great pint department!

I've been going to Home Depot since they opened. I'm there at least once a week and depending on the project I may be there a couple of times a day to get the parts I need. No one has told me I've been there too much that day. All of the employees are great workers and good personalities and I've gotten to know many over the years and have seen them leave for other jobs in the store and in the community. They are a great asset to the store. To the management: Keep up the good work!
