Very clean store remarkable staff, customer friendly

The store associates are very friendly.

Naveah I believe is her name was very rude and very disrespectful during the checkout process. I’ve tried calling several times to speak with someone about the experience and can’t get a call back.

Of the several HD stores I shop, this is the only one that allows "contractors" to literally park under the loading canopy. I have suggested to management that it creates a problem for those of us who park in the parking area, and then, when we are ready to load, we can't because of all the vehicles simply parked under the canopy. They said they didn't want to make the customers upset. I told them I, and a number of others, are frustrated because we can't load close to the door. Fix this issue and this store will be much more pleasant to go to. When I have a load to purchase, I shop elsewhere where they enforce their loading area being for loading only.

Cashier Victoria was very helpful and sweet! This was at the start of what we knew to be Covid 19.....she was not our clerk on this visit, but a previous one and took time to pray with us in the store after the Tornado's in the area. You as a company, may not appreciate what she did....but WE CERTAINLY DID!! She should be commended for being such a thoughtful, giving and Christian person! We are normally the ones to Pray for others.....NEVER had a store employee offer to pray for us!! It was amazing and very appreciated!! Bless that Child!!

The store was dirty and the staff had a poor attitude.

Easy to find and good place to shop

Super sweet and friendly !!! They have good customer service and they also are really helpful they are also good to keep us safe with the 100 limit customer thing ! They really care for us I love it !

Every one is always so friendly! The store is easy to navigate and not one single employee hesitate's to assist me when I need something higher than my reach.

Sherry, in the appliance area, was an outstanding salesperson. Had all of the answers we had about the Maytag clothes washer we were looking for. Polite, courteous and very professional. A true keeper for Home Depot.

You have a true winner with your employee Jodie. She was working in Garden and was very helpful to me in locating the yard-related items I was shopping for. I mentioned that I was going to Hardware for a special glue to repair a freezer shelf. She suggested I stop in Paint first to check their large selection and ... BINGO! ...it was exactly what I was looking for.

The store was clean, The employees went out of their way to help my wife and I. We are in the process of remolding a small cabin nearby and will be shopping at this store for flooring and possible appliances.

We receive excellent service at the Pro Desk. Tiffany is very knowledgeable about the products the store carries, ordering products, and scheduling deliveries or pickups. We always enjoy working with her.
