Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Clean, organized store. The only area I would change is start having more variety of tools such as sockets. Impact swivel socket sets. Lots of industry near Lebanon, mechanics would rather go down to home depot, purchase tool instead of order and wait.

This store almost always has what we need and friendly employees to help us out

we visit the Nashville Home Depot, when we have a home project for our daughter that lives in Nashville. I have a frequent rapore with Lebanon Staff.....they are down home folks.....I lack that in Nashville.as I dont visit Frequently.

I and my family have shopped at this store since it opened and would not think about going anywhere else. The employees are always friendly, know the store and where to direct you or walk you to the location of the product you desire. The prices of products is very reasonable. Sell groceries and we'll shop there for them also.

Lots of stock available in the garden center! The store was clean and staff was friendly. The lady at the garden center checkout, Jodie, was very friendly and helpful. Be back soon!

Worst customer service in the lumber department on 8/13/2020 around 5:00pm until we checked out at 5:29 pm that we have ever encountered at Home Depot. Not helpful and never ask if they could help load on to cart or in truck the 6x6x10 post. Was very disrespectful when we asked him asked for help and when we asked to apply Veteran discount. Pitiful service from a respected place from the men working in the floor to the man at the register.

Waited months for wood for a porch to come in. From the time I received my original quote prices went up $500. Wood finally comes in. Paid for on Friday for Tuesday delivery. Monday call say not all wood is there, it was at the time I paid for it. Had to cancel contractor so now is is not available until Oct. Old porch is torn off.

When visiting the Lebanon Home Depot store, associates were readily found, helpful and knowledgeable. It is super to have this help when needed and a big plus for recommending this store to others.

Worse customer service ever received from any store. Purchased an in stock product over the phone. Next day, called store and associate stated product was ready for pickup. Drove 1 hour to pick up product. Arrived and they stated the product was still on the freight truck and they could not retrieve it for me to come back later or the next day. Requested refund. For an associate to tell me the item was ready for pickup and then offer no assistance upon arrival is very poor quality customer service. Will no longer purchase products from Home depot.

Products I was looking for were easily found. There were plenty of employees in the store should you need help. Assistance is readily available. Store was clean and organized. People were friendly, prices good and help available What else could you want?
