The staff was very friendly and helpful and had everything I was looking for. Jodie the cashier in the garden department was extremely nice and friendly. Very sweet lady.

Friendly staff, straight store

I visited the Lebanon Home Depot wishing to buy a log splitter their website indicated they had in stock. When I arrived none were to be found in spite there were 2(two) showing in inventory. Not to disrespect the fellow on the floor who worked diligently trying to find them because he did and he was awesome doesn't say much for their inventory control department.

Unfortunately I don't remember the gentelman's name who assisted me to find the perfect planter and explained what to do in terms of the soil and the amount of sun the plant needed. He was great. Also, Ana assisted me. Fantastic experience.

Employees in the lumber section are rude & unwilling to help, especially Sean. Customer service is nonexistent in that department.

Store is well maintained and back in good order especially after the tornado hit last year. Stock seems to be good shape since the Covid impact is beginning to wane. Employees are helpful and spread throughout the store making it easy to find one if you need help. I have had a lot of good help in ordering product from the website when it is a non stocked item or specialtiy item - great staff.

Everything I needed was easy to find and in stock.

Judie was my cashier in the garden section and was very friendly and pleasant. The world needs more Judie’s.

No Employees of Color, not a Diverse store, generally employees are not helpful. I only go there for Ryobi Tools and the price of some products.

Not only did we find everything we needed where the website said it would be, the associates were available and offered help almost as soon as we could look for them. It’s refreshing to have help without searching for a long time and not have to feel like they were reluctant to assist. The cashier (Jodie) was sweet and got us loaded up quickly so we could get to pick up kids on time. We love this location!

Good luck finding an associate in some departments! Kitchen and bath seemed to be the only department that had someone to assist you . I made a large purchase and it wasn’t made easy in the departments with no assistance!

I Continue to go out of my way 1.5 hours in order to buy from Home Depot. Please open up a location in Cookeville, TN!

The store was neat and clean. Jodie the cashier was very friendly and professional. I hate self checkout and was glad to see they had a lane open that was not self checkout! I did not find everything I went after but did not really expect to either.

Have frequented this store several times in the past 2 months and have been generally pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of any and all employees interacted with. Store has been un-cluttered with aisles easily navigated, and typically found the items being sought.

Sherry in appliances was one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had the product codes memorized for ever appliance available which was amazing! She went above and beyond even staying past her shift to advise and order appliances for my new home. She made sure that ever discount available was utilized for my order saving me a total of $1,000 in addition to the Black Friday sales prices. Her Manager Scott was also amazing! If you need appliances this is the store to go to. Make sure you ask for Sherry!

Only if you get people to help consumers
