I've always gone to other places that were closer to home, but not anymore! Things are placed to you can find them easily,and not crowded up. The employees are friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be back!

I found this store to be exceptional with very friendly and helpful employees, and it was clean, organized and well stocked.

On 1/26/2024, I visited the Home Depot in Lebanon, TN, where I was helped by six (6) employees who extremely PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, and POLITE. I went to get some floor tile and Ms. Sherry helped me pick it out; Mr. Grafton moved four (4) boxes onto my cart, Mr. Joe helped get five (5) bags of sand onto my cart, Ms. Michelle cashed me out, and both Mr. Louis and Mr. Anthony, put my items safely in my car. This represents what Home Depot is about. Please make sure their Manager is made aware.

Just a bunch of kids with no manners and no customer service skills. Very frustrating! Everyone is walking around talking to each other and not helping customers.

Jim H in Millwork went above and beyond what was expected to help provide what I needed, and so many thanks to Jim. The cashier was super helpful as well !

Jaden was exceptional! Customer service is something many people lack these days, but I was pleasantly surprised by her great attitude and willingness to help!

I purchased a cordless blower and had trouble finding a lightweight cordless blower. An employee S. Vaughn helped me to locate just what I needed. Polite and effective in every way.

I needed a particular type of Floor Mat to fit under my Computer System and a Home Depot Floor Assistant immediately knew where the Product was located. He assisted me with the product so that I could easily get it to my car after Check-Out

We ordered our doors from this Home Depot. Jim H. helped us and was extremely helpful in this process. He was kind and patient as we had questioned and discussed our options.

Today me and my wife bought 8 windows and a door and Jim H walked us through everything and hooked us up with everything we need to do the installation correctly! Very knowledgeable super friendly and answered all of our many questions.

Sherry T was awesome! She offered us excellent service. She went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and even made us an appointment to get our kitchen cabinets redone. Wow!

First of all I want to pay tribute to Angela who loaded in cart and then loaded in my van 16 inch x 16 inch pavers that are very heavy. I was monitory a bad back. I am very surprised though that when asked to help me they didn't get a guy to help. No offense of any kind to Angela but this is difficult work in my opinion. She was VERY GRACIOUS. As compared to other stores I can't speak, but I know she didn't complain or show any anger. Thank you Angela

Paint department game me 3 gallons of the wrong color of paint. I live two hours away. They didn’t care. Said I world have to make the 4 hour round trip to get new paint/refund.

This is the best store around . Has the best employees. They all are very helpful an welcoming . I go to the Lebanon store daily, an will continue.

Great customer service. Delivery to our residence was free. Had in stock the exact zero turn lawnmower we wanted.

I found everything that I needed for two home repairs in just a few minutes. I’m so pleased with the availability and quality of the replacement plumbing part and the caulking supplies I bought from a wide range of choices.

I went into Home Depot today (1/21/23) and was not able to find the part I needed. But thankfully Mr. Allan stepped up and helped me trouble shoot the problem and came up with a fix! He was amazing and patient and went above and beyond to help me. If anyone is going to this location ask for Allan B! He will help in any way he can. Thank you again Allan.

The Home Depot employee, Reg, was AWESOME! My wife and I were shopping for wood to complete our cabinet project. Reg took the time to discuss the project with us, discuss options, find the wood that was just right, figure out measurements, and even cut the wood for us into manageable lengths and widths! Reg's customer service was definitely above and beyond anything we have experienced anywhere. We even decided to purchase an air compressor with his recommendations. :)

I came in to purchase an air compressor and accessories but it was not in the shelve. No one to help me search for it in the store. After waiting for help I lost interest and picked up just a few small items and left

This store is always clean and well organized. The people are always friendly and helpful. This allows me to get in, get what i need, and get out.

Better have your receipt in hand or this old bag Patricia will accuse you of stealing the item. I said what I said. This troll needs to go. She was rude, condescending and make me feel some kinda way.

I’ve done a lot of remodeling out of this store and always get the help I need from the staff

My husband and myself were at Home Depot at the Lebanon,Tn location. We were treated so nice! Leah and PJ went out of their way to help us and ensure we were satisfied with their help and our visit! We really appreciate all their efforts and want them to be recognized for their selflessness!
