I visited the garden section and bought some flowers to plant. I like that the tags give info about how much sun is needed and how to space the plants plus how high they will grow. The employee kindly offered to give me a sheet of plastic to put in my car so that the pots would not dirty the interior of the car.He was polite and efficient. I wished there were more 6 pack small flowers to plants such as petunias,impatiens,carnations,snapdragons,salvia ,phlox and large pansies and calendulas. The clean store is a pleasure to walk around in. I love visiting it. The helpful employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the items are well marked and in the right places . Keep up the good work! Please stay in business!We need you .i shall be shopping for more flowers soon and update my kitchen with new appliances,granite countertops and cabinets later this year.

I'm a current resident of Laguna Niguel and have lived in many fine cities, such as New York City, San Francisco, Napa, and Florence Italy, so I'm quite worldly and have seen all extremes of customer service. So, trust me when I tell you, you have found a real gem as an employee and her name is Cindy in Garden. I've frequented your store for year, in addition to all the other stores in the area, so I know who is doing well, and who isn't! I think your store has a bright future and it even got brighter today in meeting Cindy! Thank you! K

There is always a scarcity of staff to help customers find things; also I have been given incorrect locations of items when I did run someone down to help! Some of the assistants clearly hate the job and couldn’t give a rip about helping customers! Denaults is way better!

I frequent this Home Depot weekly. The staff is friendly and always extremely helpful. Many of them remember my husband and I because we are there so often. They really make us feel like Home Depot is the around the corner neighborhood hardware store!

Great place for the amateur handyman. The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I often bring my dog with me and he gets little treats from many of the employees! Never a question to silly for the guys and gals in the various departments.

Used cashier line, gave Veteran's ID for discount to cashier. Cashier checked me out, gave me receipt & informed me "sorry, I didn't apply your discount". No way to treat a veteran...

Hashad in the plumbing department is so rude. He didn’t even try to help and made me feel like I was stupid for asking for help. He needs a lesson in common courtesy and how to treat customers with quality care.

wonderful people

The employees were very helpful and took the time to track down the information so I could purchase my new washer and dryer at a great price, which was lower than the online price. I saved enough money to buy a new microwave! I will be shopping here for my new condo often. This sale was taken care of quickly and the salesman was cheerful, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Home Depot!

This is an amazing store. Everyone is very helpful and can help you with any of your needs whether you are a DIY or not. Always clean and organized never have a hard time finding what I need 5 stars

The store has a lot of knowledgable people working there. The lumber area has a good selection, but the wood, at least the redwood is usually of bad quality. Should have better control of their vendors. Most of the pallets of 2 x 4 x 8 have about a quarter of junk wood. Sometimes I can get someone to help, but not always.

I usually find everything I need and then some. I especially enjoy the garden department.

STORE EMPLOYEE IN ELECTRICAL DEPT. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. SAVED ME LOTS OF TIME TO FIND ITEM QUICKLY.
