I enjoy shopping for home improvement projects here. The selection is amazingly in all departments with terrific and informed employees who are very knowledgeable & helpful. I love the gorgeous variety of plants from exotic plants to anything you could ask for. I enjoy enhancing my home with lovely plants and it is a very fun and rewards hobby. The appliances are great with sales on a regular basis. The return policy is extremely easy with no hassles. You will love it at Home Depot on La Paz. Go directly there. You’ll be delighted!

The customer service at this Home Depot is exceptional handsdown. It is a role model that can be followed throughout the Home Depot.

I purchased a refrigerator with the help of a very nice employee named Bill. Bill ansered all of my question and pulled up 3 models for me to compare.

I saw a heater online, and went to the store to buy it. the first said "it is out of stock" , the next clerk said go to customer service, but there was a long line, the next clerk said to go to aisle 10, and the product was not there. A walked up to Trent and he was amazing - not only did he find it, he offered to get me a cart, put the heater in the cart for me and gave me a discount!! I was having a bad day and Trent made it better with his kindness and follow-through.

Recently purchased a refrigerator and the experience was a good one! We had been in the store the week before looking at all the different models and Home Depot has a very good selection. We knew going in which one we wanted but had questions before we moved ahead with the purchase. Our sales rep was Bill McDonald who was super friendly and answered all our questions. He told us delivery would be in two days, and the purchase took maybe 10 minutes. We decided to upgrade to the five year warranty after Bill explained the advantages. We'll be back 5 stars!

I didn't know Ryobi had a deal going on, and then a store associate brought it up. I ended up getting two batteries and a jigsaw for a great price. If you can find Larry in the tool section, he's a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to tools and helped me find what I was looking for.

Most of the staff there are knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Frank from plumbing can solve just about any problem you have, or point you in the right direction. The staff is nice, funny, and friendly. They are willing and ready to assist

Accessibility to checkouts blocked by products in walkways - Poor store Layout - trying to force products down our throat as we’re leaving/trying to leave - unable to use main exit because products were preventing blocking exit

I bought some lumber and I got a great price

It took over a year for Home Depot to install our windows correctly. Wrong measurements, employees blaming one another, no call backs, no screen door for the sliders which come with it when you order them, installed sliders backwards, and that’s just half of it! Extremely unqualified and unprofessional employees who handled our work.

Mario, hardware expert, was so helpful to me and in a remarkably short time, today. Thank you, Mario! We chose the correct and best bedroom lock to replace my old one (just by you looking at my two pictures of my old knobs) and your tip was useful! Keep up the great work! I appreciate you! As someone who shops for home items from appliances, common repairs to help maintain my home, I am very happy with the help I have received from department attendants. The customer service desk help is wonderful. I really appreciate the employees who work the registers. I believe in keeping people working, so I choose not to use the self-check out lines.
