Great products at very reasonable prices - Knowledgable and helping staff.

Usually don't shop at Home Depot, but went there yesterday for flooring, ceiling fan, electrical and paint. The employees in all of the departments were wonderful and very knowledgeable. It was actually a pleasure shopping there. In addition, I also felt very comfortable during this time of COVID. The store was very clean, employees were wearing masks, and plenty of hand sanitizer available. I will definitely make it my "go to " store for future home improvement needs.

I have been impressed with the customer service in this store. I am greeted when I first arrive and they ask if they can help direct me to the department I need. Employees are quick to offer assistance. Just getting eye contact and asking if they can help is still very important in this age of self checkouts and computerization. I drive past other stores to come to this one and will continue to do so. Big Thank You!!

The stuff there was very professional, nice and helpful.

I was having an issue with my card going through online. I went into the store and an employee tried to help. He had the same issues as me so he went and got his supervisor. She was able to solve the problem for me so I could place my order.

The personnel at The Home Depot are friendly, courteous, and helpful. They seem to always know where to go to help me find what I am looking for in the store. Their product choice is better and the quality is greater than their competition.

We had an EXCELLENT experience at this store ordering our closet organizer. Jenn was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jenn is definitely an asset at this store.

Each time we visit this store, everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. We are retired military and are always offered the 100% discount-which is more than generous. The store is always clean. The only thing on my list I couldn't find was the Downey fabric softener in the desired scent. That doesn't even really count! I would love to work in this store myself.

Store has very lax protection for CVVID-19. Employees not wearing masks, sick employees and need protective screens to protect employees and customers. Menards does a much better job of protecting your health.

Home Depot has the biggest selection of hardware in our area. The staff are very helpful and if there is a problem with a purchase they make sure they fix it.
