We ordered windows today. James Waters was the guy helping us. His customer service was above and beyond! Based on his performance, we’ll be seeing him again soon to buy some doors! Great associate!!!

Ron in plumbing is exceptional in his knowledge, understanding, patient, and the ability to be imaginative so in helping you get what is needed for your project. He knew what was needed and where to find the items. Im extreamly thankful for him as they are a rare breed these days. He was nice enough to tell me when he will work again so I can bring more info needed for my IBC water tank project! We need more employees like this who love, or at least has respect their job and customers!

I have never ran across a rude employee. They are always super helpful even when I have silly questions. My fiancé and I are flipping our new home and weren’t quite sure exactly what kind of cabinets we were going to need and an employee sat down with us and walked us through step by step and “built” our kitchen on the computer so we could see what it would look like and what we would need.

Always stocked and employees friendly and helpful. Go out of there way to please. Hoosier hospitallity at work!

I just bought my washer. No charge for delivery. I have no photo beings I purchased it today

I really can’t rate the door yet but I give my 5 star rating to the employee that helped with my order. Not having a clue as to how to order a door Michael was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me place my order. I’ll come back and rate my door which I have no doubt will be great!

I came in to by a particular brand name item. Everyone working was polite and helpful. None of them seemed to be faking it at all. I found my item in stock at a reasonable price. Even the young man in the parking lot made it a point to ask if he could help me and to tell me to have a good day. Thank you.

One of the best teams of pros I’ve ever experienced. Very helpful and knowledgeable about getting material ordered and getting what we need. Might have long wait times trying to get material loaded and hopefully you don’t need the service desk as you might experience some unfriendly individuals.

I am happy with the service from the staff member in the washer and dryer area. He was able to order online my new Whirlpool Washer and Dryer smoothly. Very knowledgeable about all the appliances on the floor. I walked away a satisfied customer. Can't wait to get my appliances in the next two business days to my house for free.

We had difficulty using a house key recently made for us at Home Depot. The customer service person quickly processed our refund and was very pleasant. At the key making station the sales person was also attentive to my issue, carefully making my new key. Very pleased with the service.
