I had a rather difficult day and had forgotten to discuss the 11% rebate when present in the store. The employees carefully and patiently walked me through the process and I truly felt heard for all of my complaints and concerns. Excellent service and teamwork when solving problems big and small.

I was in need of purchasing a great range for my home and wanted to upgrade from my current electric range. I had many questions about different options and Colton Willoughby was there to my rescue! He showed me online products that weren’t available to see in store and accessed specific information online. Colton was young and quick on the computer. He was willing to print information about my 3 choices so I could go home and discuss with my husband. This morning we purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Induction Range. Thank you, Colton. And thank you Home Depot for hiring this young man who served with respect and great follow through! Our CSR Cashier and support persons at paint and flooring were great too!

COULD NOT FIND STOCK ITEM. I WOULD SUGEST THAT WHEN STORING ITEMS IN THE STORE THAT A LOCATION OF ITEMS SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED SO THE ITEMS SHOWING ON THE STORE INVENTORY LIST CAN BE LOCATED.

Was pleasantly surprised at number of employees who asked if they could help us.

We had been looking to do this flooring project for some time. We met Jared on our first visit and he worked with us throughout getting it started. If we had questions he or Walter would have the answers we needed to help us make our decisions through out the planning process.

When I lived in a bigger city I always avoided home Depot, because the store is so big, but my experience here had absolutely great customer service .

Had more choices of cabinet handles, in finishes that other stores didn’t have.

Expierce was great was treated nicely by employees and was in and out in a jiffy.

i shop here for all my hardware needs ,beacause they have quality products , and the staff is great.

The Lafayette IN store is squared away with good stock in spite of the supply chain issues. They have friendly staff who go out of their way to help and don’t avoid eye contact or duck-n-cover. If you’re still expecting your military discount though you better register on their website before you go. Your ID won’t cut it anymore and the stores can’t help you.

Everyone is always ready to help with a tape measure or product knowledge. I really appreciate having someone who is there and can help with product knowledge and resources.

I bought a set of dewault power tools and the people were very helpful and they assisted me with everything and everyone just asked if we needed help with anything. Great job
