Garden section had only a cashier in it causing me to waste time. Once I found someone to help me in special services I was extremely please with the 73 year old gentlemen who found a card, watered my new tree, took it to checkout and assisted with my purchase and delivery. I would definitely like to recognize this employee for his interest and service which was over the top.

It was very easy to get assistance, the store was clean, the items were easy to locate and access. Once again staff was friendly and excellent customer service.

I was in the Home Depot store in Knightdale today. Keesha was extremely friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to be able to do my job. She's an awesome representative of The Home Depot.

I have never had a cashier try so hard to not give me an advertised discount on a product as the self checkout attendant did during my visit to the Knightdale, NC tonight. I will be reluctant to come back to this location.

Store was clean, items were easy to find. Associates were friendly and very helpful. Checkout, Linda was so very helpful as well as AJ. Our experience was very refreshing.

Poor customer service at this location; I requested assistance for a 2 x 4 board to be cut in the store. Employee was busy and said that he would meet me in the cutting area in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I went to look for him and went to another employee for assistance. I was never able to get the board cut; after another 15 minutes, I left the store.

We stopped at this Home Depot to look for an appliance. Like most stores that sell major appliances, many of the items were out of stock (due to backlogs from COVID and trade restrictions, etc.). However the salesperson who helped me gave me information about an appliance that was considered “clearance” but it was exactly what I needed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience easy. I didn’t get her name, but she works in the appliance department.

Hope you don’t expect to receive friendly customer service here. Will never shop at this location or any other Home Depot again.

The employee in paint today was so helpful, efficient, friendly, had great CS, and made sure to give me all the info I needed and some! I wish I remembered his name, but he made the trip to Home Depot really great!

The store was pleasant and easy to walk while looking around. Pleasant visit found one of two items. I used the restroom which was clean but no soap from auto dispenser, a minus to me!

The store is always clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. Customer Service Department is engaged in whatever you problem/concern may be. I enjoy this store and so does my wife who loves to browse the aisles looking for the latest trends in home decor items.
