We are replacing carpet and found an awesome person to help us understand the many choices. We highly recommend AJ in the flooring department. We had stopped at a competitor; although, I do not know why because we prefer Home Depot. That stopped solidified why we prefer Home Depot. The competitor's associate was not knowledgeable and told us to call the manufacturer or the contractor they use for installation to get our questions answered. AJ is knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything in an easy to understand way. We are buying our carpet from Home Depot!

Ordered $13,00.00 of flooring one month before delivery at the Knightdale NC. Store it was a joke a total disaster. Too many problems to list. I will never shop there again.

I have for the last few years tackled many project around my house and that of family members. He is alway there to assist and give guidance when others give up. We only shop at the Knightdale Store because of him.

This is one of the best Home Depot’s in wake county! I go here very often if not everyday for work. Every associate I talk to or ask questions always knows what I need or directs me to another associate that does. Strongly recommend coming here if you are new to home renovations

We were looking for specific counter foe our new project. Ataff was specifically helpful and so friendly through the entire search and decisions made. Even gave us suggestions on how to maintain it and keep safe for preparing food.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed some help on specific tools needed around the house and what made them a good fit for us. We were greeted by an awesome employee named Anthony who went above and beyond. He was educated on the products in the store. He was funny and easy to talk to. He did not come off judgmental to my husband or myself with all of our questions. He guided us, educated us and was patient. He walked to the different products we asked about and did not leave our side until all of our questions were answered and we felt confident in the products we were purchasing. Kudos to Anthony. Thank you! My husband loves his new tools!

Went in to buy a few items when we checked out there was discrepancy in regards to the price that was displayed for some wood we were purchasing when we advised the cashier she said no you read it wrong this is the price We offered to go snap a photo from were we got the wood showing the price she refused to adjust the price so we decided not to purchase the wood her name was nataly and has a very poor attitude and shouldn’t be working with the public

I look for OUALITY PRODUCTS, GOOD SERVICE, FAIR PRICES, AND GOOD GUARANTEES; all I received. I like the Hometown feeling I received the minute I entered the store. There was nothing forced; Everyone seemed genuine! I was more than impressed!! YES, I will be back!

I was walking towards the checkout. Two employees were standing there talking to one another. One of them came to the register to ring up my items. She was rushing, asking me how many of each item I had and trying to zap one items x amount of times. She ended up having to void an item she scanned one too many times. After I paid she walked away and went back to chatting with the other employee. I stood there trying to process why I had a full cart and not a single item was bagged. I asked her if I was allowed to have my items bagged. She said "Oh, you wanted them bagged?" I had over 30 items. Why wouldn't I want those bagged! Then she asked which items I wanted bagged... How does that make sense. A cart full of spray bottles and sponges, and I needed to point out which items should go in a bag? My suggestion is that they just make everything self-checkout and don't even worry about having cashiers.

Sarah especially was helpful in helping us check out and with price-matching issue.

Daja was extremely helpful in finding a solution to the issue I was having with the price marked. She went out of he way to make sure I was taken cared of. This includes the manager in charge for that night. She carried a smile with her at ever moment and extremely patient. We need more customer service like this everywhere.

This Home Depot in Knightdale, NC is nice, but, Ms. Shelley is the absolute best and swiftly knowledgeable about service and got me my grill in time for the Super Bowl and she also got me a Home Depot card. People like Ms. Shelley is worth shopping at this Home Depot store.

French went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. Everyone he directed us to speak with was professional and courteous. Our carpet installation was perfect and the rug is amazing. French made us aware of promotions that saved us on a product that was already reasonably priced. All store employees were helpful and friendly. This store has exceeded our expectations.

I was at the light department and this employee named Jovany really helped me out, got the lights i needed
