The Knightdale store was extremely busy but the employees were VERY PATIENT, KIND, WILLING, TOOK THE TIME TO HELP, and MADE ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER! I wasn't impressed being in the store 3 hours with all I had to do, 50 minutes waiting on someone to load 2 toilets, but I know they are short staffed and doing the best they can. This can be frustrating but understandably so. KEMI, MICHELLE, GREGORY, BREANNA and the guy who just happened to be outside who helped Breanna load, I CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH! YOU REALLY DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH ALL OF YOU DID AND HOW YOU WORKED TOGETHER TO HELP ME MEANT! I really hope your local & upper management team actually reads this with an act of recognition for you and their employee’s countless efforts to actually work and help satisfy customers, as we are still living in these perilous and unprecedented times. BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AS YOU BLESS OTHERS! I haven’t received all of the purchased items yet as they are back ordered, but I am satisfied with what was readily available. I am hoping the value and quality of everything from the purchased products to the installation services are as excellent as the in store customer service I received!

I purchased a beautiful area rug at a great price. The awesome employees helped me get the carpet for me and placed it in my car with great attitudes.

I needed a gift for my 95 year old friend and searched and searched. Found it at Home Depot. I called to make sure it was in stock since I was driving from an hour away. Billy, the manager, was extremely helpful. Greg, in appliances verified it was in stock, checked the item out before my arrival and had it waiting for me at customer service. AMAZING!!! The lady at customer service was so cheerful and helpful. Greg even took it to my car for me!!!!! All only took 15 minutes at the most. Best amazing service I have ever received!!! Thank you Billy, Greg and Customer Service Lady!!!! Merry Christmas!!

He went out his way to get me the dryer I was looking for. I definitely would give him a 1000 in rating for great customer service.

Went in today with my husband to get material for a kitchen remodel. We asked an employee named Richard where the flooring was. He only spoke to my. But he did reference me to say, “It’s so easy to install, even she could do it.”

Danielle in electrical provided beyond average service by looking in overstock for an item not on the shelves. She was patient able to find the exact item I was looking for!

Get ready to be followed around and when you need help nobody wants to help you! The old white lady at sco will be snobby and sarcastically rude. She’ll hurry up and rush you! Give you dirty looks and talk behind your back! Just came to pick up some air filters and my curbside pickup! Hire associates who wanna work and have no problems helping customers!

I bought a product on line and it was a no hassle return when I took it to the store to exchange it. The people that helped me from beginning to end were awesome Yes I would recommend a friend. The button below would not work I don't think

Our trip was made very easy with Jovany giving us a hand! From the beginning he had a very positive attitude and he was so much patient with us, very amazing worker. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I bought lumber and plants and will continue to go to Knightdale even though I live in Middlesex. A great selection of plants and planting materials.

Dayana lead cashier was phenomenal At doing everything she could to find a new drill several Home Depot stores said they had she called each one and was able to finally locate us one and gave us a discount. Jimmy from hardware looked up and down for this new drill and was able to put his hands on it. So thankful for these two excellent workers! We will definitely be returning back to the store. BEYOND SATISFIED

Had to find out from some rude cashier that I wasn’t qualified for my veterans discount because even though I have a card it has to say service connected. They said not to shop at Home Depot…lesson learned!

Phillip helped me find the right material in lumber and Dayana helped me by finding me help and then she found some men to help me load my plywood. Extraordinary help!

I want give a bad review on overall store just train the man in paint not to discipline and employee in front of a customer . Train lady at customer experience to just say I will be with you and stay on phone with someone but not saying anything so speaking goes along way. Never had a bad experience in this store other then that . This store is always clean and friendly so I want let one bad experience rule out the overall store’s experience. Just retrain that and it want affect the overall culture .

He is extremely friendly with smiling eyes that you just know includes the biggest smile behind the mask - it is a nice experience to visit store where helping the customer feels like it is important.
