I when to Home Depot in Kingsport couple times this week, to looking for purchasing luxury vinyl plank flooring. I had a great experience, great customer service, very helpful employees, very friendly. In the flooring department, Michael ( don't know his last name) was so knowledgeable and helpful, he took alot of time with me and answered my questions, I was so pleased with he’s service, went back today to make the purchase, got a great deal. In addition to this there was young girl ( I think she was in flooring department about 3 months now) are very helpful and friendly too, when I was there the first time and today as well. Thank you all for the great service! I shall definitely be going back Home Depot in Kingsport for all my home needs.

compared to other building materials stores, I have always been more satisfied shopping at Home Depot. They have better selections on certain things and the customer service is much better in that they always seem to have enough people on the floor to help. The store always looks organized and the staff is very friendly.

Hands Down my go to store! I frequently shop this store for all my home improvement needs. I sometimes seek home improvement advice from associates that I have worked with in past visits. From the moment you enter the store the Smiles greet you and Welcome you! The associates are friendly and welcoming and make you feel valued and appreciated for doing business with them. The associates are never too busy to help!

If you’re in the market for paint, stop in and see the best at Home Depot. I worked with T.Sykes and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain and coach me while I was making decisions on paint for my residence. Not a pushy salesperson, rather he was patient and willing to work with me in my decisions.

This store is kind of hidden up on a hill but the store does have a very wide variety of products available on a daily basis. The employees are always helpful and will take you to the location of what you are looking for. Very clean store and easy to walk around with a cart.

This Home Depot store is very clearly laid out, very clean, and the employees are extremely knowledgeable. We had many questions, and the young man named Jake who assisted us was very patient and very attentive to what we were looking for in a ceiling fan. Due to the fact that my husband is an amputee, I have to do many of the tasks that most wives leave to their husbands. Jake was very polite, and helped us so much by explaining things to me. With my wonderful hubby as my "supervisor," and the tips that Jake gave me, I was able to install the fan in a short amount of time, and it is working exactly as we had hoped. All the employees that we have come into contact with in this store have been friendly and helpful, and we love shopping at Home Depot!

My wife and I are disabled and find it difficult to shop in some stores. We visited the #0702 Kingsport store to purchase items needed for a new roof. Upon completion, we had items to return that were not used or needed. The employees helped us get our items in the store and to the return counter. The cashier was Jessika and we were so pleased with her. She was friendly and so helpful to us. We purchased some other items that she helped us find and took such good care of us. Very, very pleased with our experience!

Never waste your time standing around waiting on a employee to help you or go walking those long never ending floors again trying to find help, only to be told, uhh don't know let me check with my supervisor. Home Depot makes home improvement shopping fun. Know the excitment you get Christmas shopping and how most seems happy and so thoughful during that time of year. Well at Home Depot you get that year around and so much more! I could shop in there for hours and dreaming up more and more improvemnets for our home. Thank you, Home Depot for making shopping fun and so very satisfying!

I really liked the fact they keep stock in store. No hassles or worries. Store had a pleasant smell, and was clean. Sure beats the competitor's.

I have never had a problem getting help at Home Depot, i would recommend this store to any one, as you go in the store they are all ways someone eager to help, the employee that help us the other night really knew what he was talking about , we told him what we were trying to do and he took us over to the parts that we needed to fix our problem, all so he explain how & what we needed to fix it so we wouldn't have a bigger problem , it all work out great as he told us it would, Love this store recommend to anyone that needs help!

Most of our experience is in the paint department, and we always have a good experience there. The people are very friendly, and very experienced. All other employees we have encountered in other departments are helpful as well.

Best DIY store in town.
