I was looking for a Christmas Mouse blow mold. It showed 2 in stock on my phone but couldn't find them in the store. Went to Chris (employee) and asked if they had them. He looked and said they were on the truck. He then offered to go look through the truck to find them. I gladly waited! After a few minutes, here he came with 2 in his hands!! He didn't have to go the extra mile to help me, but he did! I will always be a home depot customer from now on. Great customer service!

We are finishing off a rental building to open a business. Every time we go into the store everyone greets you and all employees we have dealt with are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to get what you need. It is my go to store.

Interior Carpet Choice's were excellent, price, selection, measurement and installation all 5 star. Very pleased.

I bought a refrigerator near the beginning of November it was due to arrive the day after Thanksgiving which we told the sales rep Saturday would have been fine. But he insisted they would have it there the day after Thanksgiving. Well their drive called out sick surprise surprise. So they attempted to deliver it on a day that I have doctors appointments and couldn't be home that day until 1630 hrs sell they canceled instead of delivering for a second time then an email was sent about they would deliver it on 5 December during the day when I can't be home I had already missed 2 days of work the price of the frig is going up because of the.missed pay and they still do not deliver at 1630 ever. The managers do not care or try to resolve something that was thier issue to start with by claiming they could deliver chasing me to miss work. Double time pay and when I spock with each level of supervision or management they would answer they were waiting on someone else to check into it. I will not shop at home depot if it is something that has to be ordered. They have shown just how much they care about the customer little to nothing as long as they get thier check. Great job now I have canceled this item because they still can't get thier heads out of where the sun don't shine

I shop at Kpt location and I have to say that the service is always top shelf. Thanks to Westyn, Drew, Josh and Blake for their help!

I have zero issues with the products or employees. The store is clean and well stocked. I HATE FORCED SELF checkouts. There were no other options today. Maybe I should submit a bill for my 1 hour minimum work hour to use self checkout.

Picked up an online order. Item was was too big in box for our SUV. River went out of his way to help us load it piece by piece making sure we had everything. He never lost patience and was friendly throughout!

This store seems to have more than it share of issues when you go at 6:00 a.m. when the store opens as a contractor to get materials and they tell you there's no one there to assist you there is issues and I feel like that it is probably for management of the store the store is not very well organized employees are not happy you can hear them discussing between themselves as a contractor when you call in to place a paint order they tell you you cannot place a paint order over the phone when I have for many years seems like there is no one making the way the store should be ran everyone is just crafting in the air to figure out how to do their jobs

Went plumbing hunting an the help came to me an new what he was doing that's a a plus

I had a person help me both times they didn't make me feel like I was a bother that is a plus in my book keep up with the good work

We were purchasing garden herbs and they had a sign posted 4 for $12. We could not locate the same size plant as pictured in the advertised sign so a manager sold us 4 other herbs similar in size for the same amount.

I often go to Home Depot with not a clue as to what I need but a household problem that needs fixed!!! Always helpful and patient with a solution! Thank you

I really enjoy shopping here. Since I live an hour away, I always have a list and spend quite a bit of time here. The employees are very helpful AND available. The store is well stocked, and the home Depot app. helps me find my items. All in all a great shopping expirence.

We had a huge wood flooring quality issue, no fault of Home Depot just the product in general but this stores customer service team worked with us even tho almost closing time to hand pick the items we needed to finish our bedroom! Great Team there!

I went to the Kingsport, TN store and the employees were great from the greeting when I arrived to the help in finding the products I was looking for. They assisted me to the car and help load the large items into my car. Very happy with the employees.
