I bought a washer October 19 will do another review on the washer after I have had it a while.

Staff was very kind and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond and was able to make product recommendations. Leanne, and the gentleman who was helping us with our purchases was very kind and personable. Kingsport TN location.

I went in to purchase a battery operated pole saw and a 2 stroke gas blower. The associate was very knowledgeable about the brands and their differences, along with his personal experience. Love they honor veterans with a discount!

Recently visited this store 0702. And the toolbox I bought HERE, WHICH WILL BE DELIVERED 12/20/2021 Was lower priced and quality built better than anywhere else I checked.

I have purchased kitchen cabinets, several tools, screws, blowers and many more. From Mike, Judy, Missie, Trisha, Sue, Steve, Kim, and Pat and Brian everyone is very helpful, and thanks to all.

Charlie and Kevin at the pro desk as well as Melissa at the checkout seems to be a very good team work well together and always make you feel welcome and assist you in any way that they can

Don’t go to the Johnson City store avoid it at any cost you will be so dissatisfied only go to the Kingsport store they treat you like your family thank you Josh and the gardening department for caring about me and you didn’t have to go as far as you did but you certainly did these employees evidently have a great manager who treats them well so they treat the customer wellI would give you 10 stars

Expect to be made fun of by employees for wearing a mask.
