Store was spotless, and employees were very helpful. In this covid atmosphere we were very comfortable shopping there, definitely worth the two hours we spent travelling to it. We will be coming back for sure!

Make sure you keep your gift cards when making purchases since if you have to make a return your money goes back on the gift card and the associates do not ask if you still have the card.

Through the years we have done multiple home improvement projects and have used both Home Depot and the other local competition. Hands down Home Depot has stepped up their customer service and will forever be our go to place for home improvement. We have made daily trips to Home Depot in the last 2 weeks getting stuff for our project and each and every time customer service has been phenomenal. The staff have been so kind, courteous and eager to help and there has been plenty of them unlike the competitors you have to walk the store to find help and then they act like they don't want to help.

Overall, customer service has been good at this store. I would recommend it to other shoppers.

Excellent service from the paint department! Specifically Tiffany and Russ. They were awesome and personable as the helped me select my custom colors for a large order. Most courteous, knowledgable and professional providing exemplary service!

4 days ago I came to this HD to have some plywood cut. Today I come back for the same exact thing and cannot get it done. Different employee today who has all kinds of excuses for not doing it. Be different if I was told it couldn’t be done the first time and not in the middle of my project. Guess where we won’t be going when our home build starts, over 10 $.25 cuts. Cleaning my hands of the HD for good this time.

The employee's are all ways will to help and answer any question you have about the product if don't they will find someone who does.

I am so thankful for the crew at this Home Depot store. They are always extremely helpful, respectful, and available. Even if they are just passing by me on to another part of the store, they always ask if I need anything. The store is clean and has been appropriate in the precautions taken during this time of the Wuhang Corona Virus outbreak.

I'm new to TN, and this store is so very different from previous experiences in NJ. On my many trips as I set up a new home, the staff are all absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Even their customers are helpful :). Store is always clean & bright and seems to be well stocked on everything. I highly recommend this location!

Checked online for in stock qty. Online indicated 1, which always makes me nervous with big box stores. When I got there, they actually had 2 in stock. Only needed 1, so all was good.

As a retired career Marine, I have shopped at Home Depot stores located across the entire USA -- The Kingsport Store is "HEAD and SHOULDERS" above any pf the others BY FAR: Attitude, Professional knowledge, friendly advice, eagerness to help, welcomming, and all with totally unmatched commeradre. Paticilarly from PAT, the store Manager - as well as Libby (appliance manage), Tommy (Asst appliance age) and Lonnie (Plumbing) - they continue to make me feel like family each time I visit WHICH IS OFTEN!!!!

Generally, Home Depot carries a selection and quality that I find to be better than the other home improvement stores. But what makes the big difference at this store is the staff. The Kingsport HD is filled with extraordinary folks who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, to help you out, and to equip you with the tools and information necessary to tackle projects. All this without ever talking down to customers or making them feel inferior. I appreciate our local Home Depot!
