My experiences with this store is that the employees are consistently friendly and helpful, and they make sure that I have everything I need to get the job finished with out making several return trips like the other home improvement store near me. That is why I use home depot for my home improvement projects.

I love the Kingsport Home Depot. Employees are friendly and always helpful. The store is clean and always able to find someone to provide assistance and answer questions.

Out of HD stores I have shopped in this store is the best. One thing that always gets my attention are the cashiers. I am a Vet and therefore get the discount. When I present my ID card, every single time the cashier ALWAYS thanks me for my service. I know this may seem small but it certainly means a lot to me.

This store is always clean, well stocked and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

While using the SELF checkout, an associate stood right up on my basket - in my face - and watched every move I made like I was planning on stealing something. If I had wanted a cashier or associate to help, I would have used the full service checkout. Maybe training in learning about personal space is needed. And the fact that not all customers are thieves. And during this pandemic standing so close is a BAD idea and should go against company policy.

Great store employees are super friendly. The employees will go above and beyond helping you.

We had to order our product which took 2 weeks to get. The sales lady was very unfriendly and curt with us. We purchased a $600 dryer, but felt bad when we left because of her unfriendly attitude. She definitely did not want us to be there. My husband and I both noticed her bad attitude!

Love this place! Very helpful associates always willing to help! Tyrell always goes above and beyond to help me with my paint choices. Can't go wrong with Behr Marquee!

Good people to work with, good material and tools, store laid out orderly, good management and every one in store is willing to help me when I need help. You can feel good when leaving the store. I was able to find every thing I needed to do the job, the sales people helped me and store was clean.

Great customer service from Chris in the Paint Department!! He was very helpful in matching a paint color for me and explaining the different types of paint finishes so I could determine the best finish for the paint I was selecting.

Shomba was a fantastic sales force for us. She was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgable. She was fast and quick with answers and happy to serve. Never saw her in there before but will search for her each time we go in

This store is much cleaner than the other box store. Employees are much more polite. They actually assist you. The paint department is THE PLACE to go. The Home Depot trains their paint professionals a great deal. You may rely on their recommendations. The paint products are hands down the best in coverage, trueness of colr to samples, the PPG cans are so smartly designed. The custome windows have a broader choice range than other stores.

This store is well stocked. Every time I have needed help there has been someone to help finding something or help me make a decision concerning a purchase. I will drive the extra miles to shop at this store rather than the o701 store.

This is really a good store to shop. The store usually always has what I am looking for in stock. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help.

The store was very clean and products were easy to find. Ever have any questions and want something answered quickly ask for Paris. Paris is one of the most friendliest cashiers I have ever met in my experience of walking into the garden center. She knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. Definitely coming back!!

I love our Home Depot: I keep telling my husband I could and would total a credit card just shopping in Home Depot because there is such a great selection of items. We are looking to purchase a house after the first of the year and anything we need will be bought from Home Depot.. YOU ALL ROCK

I have been trading at this store since right after it first opened and a lot of the associates have been there since that first visit and are always warm and cordial with greetings and will help find what you are looking for even if it is not in their assigned department! I feel very welcome and have had good results with products I have purchased over the years! LOVE THE KINGSPORT STORE!!

I would recommend this store to everyone. They price match and to know that is a plus and the employees go above and beyond being helpfull and i would like to single out Pat and Hutch and Jerome(paint)

Got help and checked out quicker than that other big box store.
