The stores open early which is very convenient for me. The store is very neat and tidy with aisle area marked clearly. One time i had difficulty in locating a particular small part (a nut) when an associate eagerly assisted me in finding what i was looking for. Good shopping experience.Thanks Home Depot.

I find the product easily by help of worker of Home Depot. The store is clean, and associates friendly.

The store had carts full of return merchandise blocking the aisles. Checkout took an absurdly long time for the amount of things being scanned and the very normal payment methods being used. Two employees were friendly, but they may have been employees of brands being represented in the store rather than the store itself. Worst, we asked if the product we were buying was in fact, new, non-defective, for sale and not a return. The box had clearly been opened and retaped shut. When we asked about the restocking process and more information, one employee reopened the box, poked around, said it was all fine before closing it again. The second employee said that sometimes customers open things and it wouldn't be retaped and on the shelf if it weren't fine. Naturally, we come home and find it missing parts, the manual, and the warranty. Now, we are missing the equipment we needed and saddled with having to deal with a return. There are few reasons for a brick-and-mortar store to exist and this blatant, lazy lying in place of actual customer service nullifies them. In sum, the only product we could find was defective. The store was clean-ish. The associates were not unfriendly, but pawned off defective merchandise on us instead of doing the work to answer our questions truthfully.

The personnel were very available, friendly and helpful.

On my last 2 visits here, it was relatively easy to find an Associate to help me find something, or solve a project problem. This is a MARKED change from recent years, and I hope mgmt keeps it up. Almost like being at OSH, the model of floor helpfulness.

Physical location of this store may seem not too ideal convenience wise, but the store itself carried sufficient enough of the products I needed in general each visit, and the employees were friendly and quite willing to help out with anything you need assistance with.

I recently filled up the survey and mention Rajesh from Kifer store in Sunnyvale who above the great service as always the other day reinbursed me 20.00 I forgot the day before which he had next to a copy of my receipt, once he verified the number he gace me the bill which I had considered lost. Great service and value in ordering windows, patio doors, doors, and closet doors. The Millworks specialist, Niphia Pon, at the Kifer Home Depot store is very patient, knowledgeable and made my experience exceptional when ordering thousands of dollars of custom windows, doors, patio doors, and closet doors. Thank you Niphia for your excellent customer service and help! When I need to order more windows, patio doors, etc for my other unit I will come back to order from Niphia. Extremely impressed and satisfied with her service. There's a reason so many people always ask for her by name and wait to come back when she is in. I came back 5 days in a row just to work with her and it was well worth it.

Kristine makes this store 100% better usually they are not always my most favorite as far as employees being nice & friendly half the time I'm waiting for someone the other half of the time the person helping me doesn't seem to be that confident in what they are suggesting but that girl kristine is the sweetest & she is extremely knowledgeable & she helped me being away from her usual area of the store but what she recommended worked great!!!! Thumbs up to her!

home appliance sales person is very helpful and supportive

I have ordered online and came to pickup my order for about 10 minutes none of the employees at the pickup desk pay attention to me. They were all "busy" on the phone or talking to each other, and completely ignored me waiting for them.

roland in return is very nice and helpful and knows what he is doing.

Though I found the store a bit overwhelming to browse around, the employees were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find what I needed to buy with their help.
