Great store!! Good employees

Ask for Rani or Carlos within Kitchen Design dept. They are two of the most dedicated employees, and made navigating the complexities of large kitchen redesign easy- which was a huge relief for me, having never undertaken such a large product before. They deserve the highest praise for outstanding service to their customers.

Everyone at the Kifer Road store seems anxious to please and during these difficult times their kindness is greatly appreciated. Whenever I shop there, I seem to return with a nice story / positive experience to share. We all benefit from more kindness and I am happy to shop here. The pickup at curb works very well also. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. I would say, all in all, this store has adapted well to the challenges of retail these days and that's why I gave them 5 stars.

Had a positive experience getting help from store workers Vic & Jim today. I needed a product that was only on the top overstock area. Vic helped me and found Jim to operate the forklift. They both were very nice and quick to help me out. When I saw Jim later when checking out, he apologized that it took so long to get the item down and thanked me for my patience. I thought they had worked quickly and didn't think the wait was long at all, but I appreciated the great customer service these two gentlemen provided.

If you are a not a contractor and have difficulty standing in one spot for any length of time bring a chair. The check-out lines can be a real killer when there is only one checker.

They were surprisingly friendly and helpful on my last visit. 3 employees helped me out.

My HD always gives good service b4 difficult to find team member available past year seems to be Improved! Guy in plumbing made an announcement for a team member to meet in electrical. I truly needed a full tutorial because CFL, LED & Basic bulbs. Alex showed up quickly & had amazing electrical knowledge, was very patient, enthusiastic, helpful. was everso grateful & made it possible for 2 customers w/quik inquires to jump in he had vast gen store info to satisfy them. Thank you ALEX!!!!!!!

I like this store. Shabnam who cashier in this store is very helpful.she gave me a lot of guidance and was very kind. She opened a credit for me and gave me a discount. Thank you Shabnam

Their supplies for the electrical items I was looking for may not be fully stocked, Zoltan K., the electrical department supervisor, went out his way to assist and even price adjust certain items just to satisfy me as a customer. Amir, the Home Depot representative at the Customer Service Desk provided me with an exceptional experience in addressing my specific concerns. I had made some purchases the previous day through a promotional offer by Milwaukee Cordless Tools (Milwaukee Customer Service Number 1-800- Sawdust: great service as well). Following the purchase, I had second thoughts on the specific tool selections I had made and I decided I wanted to exchange/swap one of the tools. Though this exchange was within the parameters of the promotional offer, it would take some effort to make it happen. Amir provided the results desired and did so within the guidelines of the promotion and Home Depot policy. Amir and the Sunnyvale Home Depot on Kifer Road, have earned my tool purchasing loyalty going forward. Thank you!

Julian, the manager at the Sunnyvale location on Kifer Road, consistently exceeds expectation. Though his responsibilities are many, I have witnessed his willingness to address individual concerns through completion. His efforts have made a difference in my shopping experience there and though there are several locations in the area, the Kifer Road location will continue to receive my loyalty as a Home Depot customer. Home Depot would do well to retain his services. His efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the service this Home Depot provided especially an employee called Austin who helped me load my materials bought to my truck. He did his work with great service!

Great place to buy anything a handyman would need. Staff are helpful.

The only helpful person here was a woman named Marianne. Everyone else made my shopping experience worse (e.g. the check out guy voided my gift card and so I couldn't use it because apparently the system takes 24 hours to reboot the reload the gift card balance, and one of the associates belittled me as "young" and "inexperienced home owner" that needs to keep learning my lessons. Overall would not recommend (but please give Marianne a raise!).
