this store is clean and stock well. the employees go out of their way to make sure you have a great shopping experience. so far I visited this store 2 times and call on the phone 1X to get help placing a online order and in each situations it was so pleasant. the person on the phone was outstanding in helping me correct my ordering. one outstanding employee Phillip was not only very helpful in the store helping us but once our order was completed he assistance us with loading it in the car. I absolutely recommend this store in Jacksonville to anyone and everyone.

The store was clean, all of the employees throughout the store were very polite and friendly and everything we were shopping for was available.

I had a great shopping experience with Home Depot. The store was fully stocked of my desired items and I was greeted with a friendly greeting throughout the store.

What a rare find these days in any retail outfit to get an employee who is quick to assist, knowledgeable and pleasant all while getting you out in a timely manner. Maurice from the paint department is that employee and I hope HD knows what an asset he is to the team

Store staff were extremely helpful and took great efforts to locate what I needed. Even while waiting for them to locate item I had numerous other staff offering to help me. Everyone had a good positive attitude. Cashier was also very helpful and extremely nice.

I have become a huge fan of Home Depot. I usually go to Lowe’s. Now Home Depot has my business. The last two weekends I have come to purchase items on the to do list. The people here are so helpful especially Marcus and Jake. The gentleman in the paint section is spot on. Need paint color figured out go see Maurice!

I had a great experience at the JACKSONVILLE store due much to the help of the Fine kitchen and bath consultants. My particular consultant was Rick Laughlin Who assisted me in my Purchase and helped me with the Decision process. I had three other stores I could’ve bought the same item from but I feel confident in both the price, the attention, and the delivery provided by this JACKSONVILLE store. Great job!

This store is the best Home Depot I've been in. The staff is available and attentive. If an employee doesn't have an answer to a question, they'll take you to someone who does. No one is too busy to help.

Over all it was a great experience! Wonderful association and they where willing to help me. Was ignored by the young lady in the paint section. But these other associates made up for her short comings.

Every visit to this Home Depot is amazing! All the employees are always professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If an employee can't seem to help us, they guide us in the right direction or find another employee that can! We always look forward to visiting this Home Depot!

The morning associates at the pro desk are great and helpful people

Had to pick up 4 dozen fence pickets, could not find what i needed, checked store web page to find out they did not have any, I would have to go 48 miles away, so I had to buy extra material to cobble together the project. Associate helping me load asked if I considered the item I really needed. I told him the store is out. He said 'no, we're not, we have plenty.' I mentioned the stores web page. He said, 'oh, sometimes they just don't keep the web page current." So now I had to go back in to make an exchange. The cashier, with whom I made the original purchase, barely hid her contempt and displeasure with doing a return almost as if I was interrupting her day (she's on a register) or burning up her time (I was the only one in line). The associate loaded the cart as I did the return and then helped me load my vehicle. When I got home to unload, I was able to see the crap he had selected for me. A number of pieces look like they could be the dunnage for the load and some are just plain unusable. Am I going back to do battle for extra fence pickets, nope, my time is worth more. But buying trips like this is exactly why HD fell way off the table as one of my go to places...unless a last choice....

The store employees need a lot of training!!!! Not one single employee greeted us or offered to assist. Go to Lowe’s!!!

We were looking for appliances, and Lauren in the appliance/cabinet area set us up with exactly what we needed in about 20 mins!! She was AWESOME!!

This store is great. I drive 90 minutes each way when I have a large order. The staff is friendly, helpful, and engaging to customers. Things are neat, clean, and where they are supposed to be when looking up item locations on the app. If I needed help, an employee would help me find the item or information I needed. I have not experienced long check out lines or times any time I visit. I wish there was a store like this closer.

The staff were great. Mr Coleman was knowledgeable of the appliances i was interested on and he completed my order in minutes. I encountered 3 staff members. All were friendly and very helpful.

Clean store with consistent lay out and inventory. Service at Pro Desk keeps me coming back, as well as my preferred products. Behr paint, Custom Building products and Ryobi tools.

Went to the Home Depot in Jacksonville to purchase a Traeger with a Black Friday "accessory bundle" that included a cover, shelf, etc. They had the grill in stock but not the bundle. Florinda and Brandon in the Garden department helped me purchase the grill online in the store so I would be able to get the bundle. I left the store with the grill and received an email the next day saying the accessory bundle had shipped and will be here in a few days. Florinda and Brandon rock!

***ZERO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE*** My wife and I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator for $2365.81 after taxes. First, I'm a retired Marine and was not offered the military discount. I had to go back into the store after our purchase and request it from the customer service desk. At which point they said I would only get $50 back because the purchase was too large. Second, upon delivery of the fridge, the delivery guys would not remove my old fridge due to "liability" reasons. I asked them to move it to the garage and they would not do it. Third, I called Ken in the appliance department and he told me that we did not pay for nor ask for our old fridge to be taken away and the best he could do would be to charge me an additional $25 to have someone come out on Dec 5th, 11 days from today, to move the fridge to the garage for us. I reminded him that during our purchase we asked that the old fridge be placed in the garage and were told it wouldn't be a problem.

Friendly people, good selections, and I don't have to search the store for help.

their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They changed the date of my scheduled delivery to what is convienent for them not me.

This Home Depot sells defective garden hoses. Don’t buy from this store. Garden hose I purchased had more holes than Carter had liver pills.

The product I needed were easy to fine and the salesperson was readily accessible today. He was able to answer my questions and check on availability of product, even went to my SUV to make sure it would fit. Also, checkout saleslady was friendly and helpful with information on warranty.
