We consistently find everything we are looking for at good price points. The associates go out of their way to be helpful and everyone is friendly

I purchased 3 sheets of 4x8 White True Bead Paneling it was cut to my specifications great job Rasool.

I was ecstatic to find that they carried each item, I needed to replace the parts that I was seeking.

I got great one on one customer service through the whole process of purchasing flooring and new shower install

Worker was on his way out the door when I stopped him and asked what aisle can I find closet kits. He turned and walked me to the aisle and actually helped me find what I needed. He was on his way home, but took the time to help me. The was awesome of him. I forgot to get his name.

Truly a great guest experience from start to finish

The cashier Nicole in the returns section is very rude and doesn't pay attention to the customers. My husband and I went in to exchange a ceiling texture for a job for a client, and she refunded the item to the card instead of exchanging it for the one that we needed, which was the same brand and price just different texture type. Then when I told her she did it wrong, she just made the poor excuse that they have to do returns if it's not the exact same item with the same upc. Which is not true because we've done exchanges before. Then she proceeded to ignore us and made someone else ring us up for the other texture type we needed while she proceeded to talk about us to another worker. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Every time I've gone into this Home Depot I receive great customer service.

While a lot of the employees seemed wrapped up in their own thing, some (like my check out woman or the guy Trent) stuck out as extremely helpful and happy to go above and beyond.

Clean store with friendly associates who know what they are talking about. I was greeted and asked by multiple employees if I was in need of any help. Great to know they are ready, willing, and able.

Our local Home Depot here in my beloved Jacksonville is a Excellent and well run Store, I always enjoy walking into the Store with my wife, the Cashiers are Excellent always with a Smiles, they have have what I go there to buy, and the floor worker are alway available ready to assist...Clean and Neat...EXCELLENT..

Occupation: Business Owner. I WOULD LOVE TO GET MY PRODUCTS ON HOME DEPOT SHELVES. Send a reply. Home Depot management and staff were professional, knowledgeable of products and merchandise. The store signs were posted at every isle, made it easy to find what you need. The home depot associates were visible and approached shopper's and ask them, if they need help. The store was in a clean state of police on the outside, inside and the rest rooms were clean. Safety signs visible and posted. Equipment beeps when moving around inside home depot, home depot have a guide assisting the movement of all forklift. Home depot employee's wear back brace and other equipment required by OSHA. Home depot manager, staff and associates are in strict compliance of home depot policy, procedures and terms. I had an "AWESOME" shopping experience. Thank you.

This was my first trip to HOME DEPOT since moving back home to ONSLOW/DUPLIN COUNTY AREAS in 2018. The store was very clean and all the clerks were engaging and EVERY friendly to all the customers that were there during my visit. They also the only store of the 3 advertised on TV. IT MAY HAVE BEEN MY 1st VISIT IN A WHILE BUT IT WON'T BE MY LAST. THEY ARE HIGH ON MY LIST OF FAVORITE STORES.

Awesome customer service. I was immediately greeted on entering the store and was able to locate the product as I checked the website prior to the visit; it was in stock and was actually given the location of the product. There was also a friendly, knowledgeable employee who assisted with locating the aisle and helped with additional product selection. This store is usually busy but my experience has always been wonderful as the employees always stop to acknowledge you and let you know that they would be right with you as soon as they can. I also appreciate the clean, spacious aisles and well-stocked shelves which make it easy to locate your products. Very good value for my money but the customer service rocks.

The store is great and so clean! Tom in the flooring dept. was so helpful cutting my blinds to fit perfectly. He took the time to educate me as to how to measure and how they are then cut. What a great guy!

The store was clean an orderly when I visited it in mid-April. The staff were pleasant and helpful in directing me to the department I was looking for, and getting an associate to help me. That person gave me all necessary information regarding the appliance I was looking for. I called a week later, and was able to order the appliance over the phone. That associate was very helpful and thorough in taking my information, and advised me what to expect regarding delivery, both before and after. A pleasure to talk to.
