Excellent staff, everyone from customer service, Associates on the floor and checkout were very helpful!

Kevin S made this the best trip I have ever made to any home improvement store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He willing answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, and helped load my purchase into my car, all with a smile on his face.

For our kitchen remodel we needed several different departments and without fail, every salesperson was outstanding. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They helped us select items that worked with our budget and answered all our questions. If they didn't know, they found out. I couldn't be happier with Home Depot. That's why I drive from New Bern to the Home Depot in Jacksonville, NC!

Ordered on line from Clopay and Kevin helped me with some changes and my order. Very nice considerate and outstanding job.

Had excellent experiences with this department in the past until the hour changes and lack of materials. Seems as though home depot wants online sales only now which hurts your customers.

Natasha at the return desk was nothing but rude and accused me of stealing after I received merchandise with missing items. I hadn’t even inspected or opened the package before returning because I realized after buying that I didn’t need them. She threw my refund receipt back to me without discussed she shouldn’t refund me for the other item. After discussing with another employee she agreed to refund me for the item. Since the situation upset me I failed to realize I was only refunded 2 of 3 items and was accused of stealing on top of this.

A young man named Brandon in a garden center was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable if you need anything over on that side of the store seek him out. I don't think I've ever received better customer service in a store

This store has some great employees. Very customer oriented and willing to assist with all needs.

I recently purchased a carpet installation package and am so far very satisfied. The woman I spoke with to order my carpet and padding was extremely helpful. The man who came out to do the measurements was punctual and very fast. I received my quote in under 24 hours after he left my home, and the pricing made the installation package more than worth it!

Every single employee went out of there way to ask if I needed anything and were extremely friendly. It was refreshing as it seemed the employees enjoyed doing their job and working here. It was all inclusive. Good on the management here. I would guess the leadership at this establishment is top notch.

This was the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Home Depot in a long time. My experience has often been horrible from personnel being rude, unwilling to assist and unpleasant. I've had a manager excuse an employee of their behavior right in front of me. That didn't go well. I left my merchandise at her feet only to hear the manager make jokes about what happened. However, the Jacksonville, North Carolina Home Depot made me believe that the corporation is correcting the past and they deserve my vote to shop with them again.

Manager Keith was very rude and not knowledgeable concerning stores military discount policy. When asked if veterans were honored or just retirees and active duty, he couldn't answer. Just kept telling me to go online.. managers need to know the policy of military discounts especially living in a military town.

Everyone seemed really pleasant and happy to be at this store today. Their garden center had a lot of options, and the rest of the store was well stocked and very clean.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff every time I come in.

I needed tile for a project. Given our inventory shortage in America I was concerned could I get the product. I was not only greeted by a person in flooring she took over my needs and handled it all even placing an order for me on other needs I had. Wonderful experience.

Very impressed with the staff. Notably Jennie who helped check us out. She was very personable and friendly throughout our entire checkout experience.

Being a senior citizen it’s so very nice to be in a store where the employees are very willing to help me find stuff and get big boards down for me and even take my purchases to my car.Also explain how stuff works and what’s the best way to go about fixing things. Thank you so very much.

First , this location will not honor a military discount, and glen the store manager lacks customer service. I was on the phone and even the person I was on phone with said he was rude.

Every time I go into this store, I always come out with everything I need to do a project on my home. I've never run into an issue with the Jacksonville store never having what I need. It's a great store.

Cashier was not friendly at all. She didn't say hello, ask it I found everything ok, didn't ask if I wanted a home depot credit card, didn't ask my to fill out for the surgery( VOC) So my shopping experience at the front end was probably the worst I have ever experienced!
