We ran into severe Delivery issues with my tile purchase. My husband and I taking off a week and planned for this to a T, so we thought! Needless to say the shipping company was unable to deliver our tile in time. Informing me it could be up to TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY RESCHEDULED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DELIVER OUR TILE. Needless to say, Jacksonville's store manager Mrs. Dewanna went above and beyond in finding a reasonable Solution to making sure we had our project materials in time. I am so greatly appreciative of all her hard work and dedication to her customers. My husband and I are so grateful for her outstanding workmanship. There might have been errors, but they were quickly Corrected when needed the most.

Florinda is an exceptional mixer of paint. She has an eye for detail.

Purchased a - Samsung Bespoke 5 Element Oven - Samsung Bespoke Smart Microwave

John William was the name printed on the receipt, and I hope corporate looks into this store to get their staff retrained. His sole job as a cashier was to greet me, cash me out, and bag my stuff. I had to initiate the greeting because he just stared at me. He cash me out. Then DID NOT even bag my stuff. We had to stand there awkwardly and put our own stuff in our bags. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere next time.

Every time I enter this store I encounter employees who are happy to help. And if you have a chance to visit Craig in appliances, will be very pleased with his knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism.

Went into the store, was able to find what I needed. Could not get assistance to put the item on the cart. It was extremely heavy. Managed to get it on the cart. Went to the front paid for it. The lady asked me if I needed assistance loading and I said yes and no one ever showed up. I had to get another customer to help me load the heavy item into my vehicle because no one from this home Depot came out to help me

Always feel welcome and get the assist by approach vs other store where you have to hunt down an employee :)

Not wild about this store or the folks working there. Customer service is hit or miss. Half the time people working there treat you like an inconvenience, but then sometimes they are very helpful. I don’t really enjoy shopping here, but there are only two hardware stores here, so I have to come here when the other place doesn’t have what I need

I was greeted by several of the employees in the Jacksonville Home Depot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The person that helped me was helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed.
