Whenever I go to home Depot and have questions about a project I'm doing or a product no matter what employee I ask for help, they are not only knowledgeable but helpful to insure I get what is needed.

Everyone has been more than helpful. Clean store, great personalities!

I was hunting or paint swatches for a paid match when my husband is having difficulty breathing and requested me to call 911. I called them and went outside to meet him shortly after the store managers Dawanna and Lori came out to check on us. They asked if there was anything we could do they were very concerned but indicated that I would have been in the paint department trying to get some paint matched when all of this occurred. they went back and got the paint and brought it out to us wanted to know if there was anything else to get us then ask for us to please let them know how he was doing. I want to be a shopper at Home Depot always, and you should too. Awesome Customer Service!

Purchase two weeks ago amd very satisfied!

Employees will not assist with custer service issues. They give the attitude that they cant wast their time on the customer.

I came in to purchase a generator. Employees assisted but store seemed uninviting.

I normally don't shop at Home Depot because the closest store is 1.5 hours away. However, I needed a Window AC Unit for a garage and with my Military discount it was worth the drive. The "L" Box Store no longer honors the 10% Military Discount on appliances or big ticket items... I'll be shopping at Home Depot to by all of our appliances for a new home I'm having built... Also, the customer service was Top Notch!!! I didn't have to hunt anyone down, actually the employees were available and so helpful, no wait! Thanks Home Depot

I have been there twice in less than 1 week, and both times was pretty much ignored my employees. I’m not sure what happened in the past two weeks, but it wasn’t that way before. As an aside, I usually have been going there 1 to 3 times a week for several years. Lowe’s is 1/2 mile further and, though their customer service isn’t any better, they do have a bigger selection.

I was purchasing some stone in garden. The cashier, Selene, rung up the wrong stone. When I told her, she first argued with me about the type of stone it was. Then she made me walk over to find out the name of the stone I picked. Then got upset with me when I didn’t take a picture of it, but only gave her the name, which is what she asked for. We usually have great experiences with this store. Today was definitely a different experience

Today, I spoke with Ms. Olivia she works in the appliance dept. Olivia was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She provided answers to all my questions.

I was there to buy a battery for my riding lawnmower. Not only did they have what I was there for they had plenty in stock along with every shelf I passed by was very well stocked. Thank you Homedepot.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the Jacksonville NC store (3655) because the staff is very friendly, as they commonly offer the appropriate greeting of the day, and they're always willing to assist when necessary. There's consistency each time I visit the Jacksonville store, there is no shortage of staff on the floors and checkout is routinely very efficient.

We were greeted with a smile and the appropriate greeting of the day by the sale cashier "MYLEISHKA". MYLEISHKA WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOME DEPOT MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. "MYLEISHKA" WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHILE ASSISTING US TO REGISTER FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT. MYLEISHKA WAS PROFESSIONAL, DISPLAYED PATIENCE IN HELPING RETIRED MILITARY SENIOR CITIZENS. "MYLEISHKA" MADE US FEEL" VALUED" AS CUSTOMERS. IT IS REQUESTED "MYLEISHKA" BY AWARDED A PAY INCREASE DUE TO INFLATION, COST OF LIVING INCREASE, FOOD, FUEL AND CHILD CARE. JAMES/the paint team during that shift & ANGELA was amazing. Their customer service was top tier. Not only did James tell us step by step on what to do, he made sure I was able to understand what he was explaining. The young lady and man at the painting center was awesome and also helped us pick out the type of paint we needed. THANK YOU ALL

We were able to find everything we needed to finish our project in one stop today. We got immediate help figuring out exactly the number of panels we needed, and the order was placed. The order will arrive at the store within a week. They will call us for pickup.

Laura in the paint dept is by far the best paint expert in town. I know because I use all the local stores through out the area.

I visited the Jacksonville, NC store on 11-6. For the first time in a long time the employees there were outgoing on asking if I needed assistance. One particular employee said "Hello" to me at least 4 times and thanked me as I was leaving the store. This is what will make me come back to this store. I just hope this type of customer service continues. Great job folks. Please keep it up.

Had a great experience at the Jacksonville, NC Home Depot. Mark helped us find the item we needed, Neil helped us get it cut to the dimensions we needed, and Myleishka was great at check out.

We made a huge bird perch with pvc pipe and it is holding up nicely!
