Associates were helpful and friendly, store was clean and everything clearly labeled.

I drive 45 minutes just to go to this store. Yes I have several lumber stores where i live but, this store has always gone above and beyond to give customer satisfaction. On weekends they give free bags of popcorn, it's little things like this that can bring customers back. None of our stores do that.

The Ithaca Home Depot store is our go to store for so many things. The folks there are helpful and friendly. We bought a bunch of shades to replace old worn ones (UV Rays, cats and dogs damaged! lol) A new person was having trouble with the shade cutting machine but Charlie stepped up and helped. The installed shades fit perfectly...Thanks Home Depot!!!

The staff were outstanding. From helping me find things in the store, carrying heavy items to my car, calling another department for assistance were examples of things the staff did for me. They offered to help without me asking and did things I have not seen done in large box store for years. It was refreshing.

I love our Home Depot in Ithaca, NY. The employees are helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty. Friendly staff. Great store!

Although we were disappointed that the refrigerator we wanted was not in stock, Judy went above and beyond to ensure that we would get the unit we wanted as quickly as possible and with special delivery requirements. She provided excellent customer service that is difficult to find today. We will certainly look to Home Depot for any future appliance needs.

Materials displays were very kept and the information on each slot was correct for the corresponding item, which means someone is paying attention. Not always the case everywhere.
