Home Depot's Behr Porch and Patio Anti-Slip Floor Paint is so easy to apply and just wonderful! It looks and works just as it advertises. Great coverage and is truly anti-slip.

Best experience I have had in a long long while at a store! I have no idea what I was doing! I’m not a very handy person but Adam took time with me and put a lot of thought on my project and made sure I left the store with all that I needed! I felt soooo confident when I left and I ended up with a beautiful project done without any hassle! Thank you soooo much to everyone who helped me today!!! ( pictures of my project not yet finished! Still needs another coat of paint and I will put her bed inside and some cans on top with her treats and probably a nice picture on top! )

sold the wrong type of stain for interior. Also was sold 2 gallons of exterior paint (tinted) the wrong color! The employee turned the chip over I gave her for color and made the other side! My house is bright yellow, I ended up with Mustard!

Courteous and helpful with projects

I’ve been to two Home Depot’s in the last two days. The Ithaca store was far superior in customer service and assistance. The selection also was better. Great. experience

I am changing the door garage panels and the employees helped me all the way, including wood sheets, cutting and exterior paint. Knowledgeable and wonderful staff.

They were very nice and polite and greeted me with a smile. And they helped me fill out forms and find the products I needed.

We Purchased mulch twice today. The first the gentleman was very courteous and made sure we found everything. We returned 2 hours later to purchase more mulch and the kid was wearing his mask below his nose and mouth only covering his chin. He never greeted us, j turned around and looked at His phone while we paid and handed us the receipt without ever acknowledging us. Very rude!

We are happy with our purchase of the Cub Cadet riding mower. The Ithaca Home Depot made our purchase easy. The associates were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would recommend Richard or Joseph.

Witnessed one associate being an awful person to another associate. Also multiple safety violations on a Rich truck. I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager Sebastian and he didn’t seem to care at all I have no confidence that the situation will be rectified, that the associate will be trained, and the safety violation will continue to happen. There’s a reason why why most people in earth get prefer to shop at Lowe’s then to Home Depot terrible management and training all around.

I went to Home Depot for lights and tables, and was greeted by Dex who understood what I was looking for and provided exceptional help. I went back the next day and he immediately recognized me and helped more. Aside from that positive interaction, the checkout process was smooth too both times, and all the employees were hardworking and nice. Thanks Dex and Home Depot!

The store is always clean and organized and the associates are always kind and courteous and willing to help with all your purchase needs .
