Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very polite form the moment I walked into the store through checkout.

I started by going online to look for a particular product. I then called the Ithaca store and spoke to Rose, she assured me that the item was indeed in stock. I told her what time I would be there to make my purchase. When I got to the store, I found Rose, she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for, she made sure I had the information about the product that I needed to make my installation experience seamless. She helped me get cashed out, helped get the product loaded into my truck, wrapped in plastic to keep the road dirt and weather off of it, and made sure it was secured with tie downs, to make sure I didn't have any issues hauling it 45 minutes away. Thank you Rose, and her Co-Worker Richard for making my shopping experience top notch.

I shop frequently at this Home Depot. Most of the items I need to maintain my apartments are in stock at reasonable prices. And as a member of the local landlord association I get discounts on larger purchases, which is very helpful for the budget. This is a fairly small community and I have good friends who work at this Home Depot, so I feel like I am supporting the community as well.

A pleasure to shop where people show you they care about your project needs. I feel as if they go the extra mile when it comes to [ customer service ] very clean and very organized in every department and I would recommend this store to all my friends .

I have found what I needed each time I visited. Employees have always been knowledgeable and courteous. They are very good at making recommendations when I’m not sure what I need to do a job. Highly recommended.

Quinn willingly took out and loaded a cast-iron kitchen sink in my van--it took 2 of us, but he did most of the lifting! Thanks for Quinn's positive, can-do, customer-focused attitude!!

I would like to compliment Chris Wilmont, assistant manager, for his professional handling of my call this evening, about half an hour before closing time. I had called twice and was transferred to voicemail for someone I did NOT know. So on my third call, I asked the person handling the call if he could assist me. Chris was most helpful and patient, as he had me look up some info on my computer, which was 20 feel away from the landline phone. He assured me that the product would fit. He was calm and competent. Thanks, Chris!

The store was clean and there was a friendly associate able to help me pick out a dishwasher.

Very organized store Adam W helped me lift and transport my door. He was friendly and very helpful. Rose was my cashier. She was very nice and helpful too.

Richard, one of the associates, was called to assist us in looking at lawnmowers. From the time he came out to greet us until the time we made the decision to purchase and loaded the product into our car, he was more than helpful and knowledgeable. Adam, our sales cashier, helped us as well with explaining the Home Depot credit card, the price and warranty of the product. We would recommend both of these individuals when looking for assistance and will rely on either of them for future purchases.

Adam and his team are a great group of people to work with. The store is neat and organized, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell these people enjoyed their job. And that Adam was concerned for both staff ans customers.

having visited many Home Depot stores in several states I can highly recommend the Ithaca location. The parking lot is ample and well maintained. The selection is amazing and items are always in stock. Service is excellent in all departments especially the paint department. There is always a product in my budget. Walking around is educational and keeps me apprised of new products and solutions. The lumber is good quality. The staff at the service and pro desks is excellent and everyone is good at their job. It's a friendly place and nice and clean. This is my first choice for home improvement and project needs.

Every time I see a new employee I share that the roof has a different color than other stores. They know me in the store because I am animated and like to engage the staff, who are always receptive and of course helpful. It is the only home store I use because of the people that work there. Clinton used to be at the store and has moved up, but was a huge asset to your company - so engaging and helpful and accommodating. Same with Carol, one of the cashiers. A gem for sure and so very helpful.

Always clean with friendly staff and fresh popcorn at the ready. Plus I can go here and completely avoid the rest of Ithaca!
