Appreciate the helpful service from the Pro Desk on a special order. They were also quick to answer their phone which, was a pleasure for a change. The curbside loading employees were fast and my order was accurate.

I have been to this location 50 times (literally) over the summer and am always so pleased with their customer service and the help I have received. I've had several furniture redo and painting projects that I've had specific questions about and Rick in the paint dept has suggested products for me to use and walked me through the steps to properly finish my projects. He's so patient and takes it step by step so I can understand. I appreciate that! Mark in customer service is great! I had a little mix-up in ordering patio furniture (my fault) and he fixed things for me and made sure I got just what I wanted. He treats his customers like friends and that is so rare at most stores since they are the lucky ones who get to deal with all the problems! Great guys, great store!

I think this store is the best Home Depot around. The staff is always friendly, willing to help and answer questions. The staff here is happy and have great interpersonal skills

I am 78 and have a tremor. Several employees helped me get heavy shelves bought and loaded in my car. Noticed I needed help even before I got in the store and got cart for me,Greeter helped me get to cashier who gave me water and had employee get shelves for me and load them in my car. This store has the nicest,caring and helpful employees of any Home depot I have shopped at. Great people!!!

Store is always clean, well- stocked and filled With friendly, knowledgeable staff who not only know where to find the things you need, they will take you right to the product and explain its use.

Excellent customer service, specifically Will! He was a great help! Very patient and thoughtful. Answered questions, assisted loading on cart, taking to checkout and into my car. Even wiped off the box to remove dust.

Best Home Depot I have ever been to! This weekend was the first time I was ever in this store as two other locations are more in my "wheel house!" I will take the time to go a bit out of my way as this store was so uniquely customer oriented. Besides the super helpful staff the store was very clean and well organized. If all the Home Depot locations were run like this they would "kill" it!

This store is always out of items that other Home Depot locations have in stock. The customer service people are rude and impolite. No one really gives a hoot about going out of their way to actually help the customer. We drive out of our way to the Lilttleton store on Belleview now to spend our money,

I am greatly disappointed in the customer service provided at this store - my wife purchased an item in store, which was listed "on sale" (at a lower price) online (on Homedepot.com). Due to Covid-19 and in the spirit of limited foot traffic to the store, I called customer service at the store in hopes to take care of the price correction over the phone. Unfortunately, I was greeted by a rude employee on the customer service team via phone that told me "I could not take care of this matter over the phone". I stated I was attempting to limit foot traffic to the store due to the current Covid-19 environment, yet the employee stated "if you came to the store to make the purchase ... you can come to the store for the price correction". WOW - I am shocked by the lack of consideration in this current environment.

Store was poorly stocked -- No mulch or top soil

I went to the Highlands store, parked by the garden area in a handicapped parking, recovering from one knee surgery, and the other knee is also bad, I was told I could not enter, I had to go to the end of the main entrance and wait in line, I did holding on to a cart, waited in line 30 minutes, by the time I entered the store, I was in such pain. At check out at the garden area, a employee ask method of payment, I stated credit, he said right out the door was a cashier, not true, it was at the end of the building, I was hurting so bad! I understand about the social distancing, but this is to much! Why are the handicapped made to walk so far? It's because the manager of this store does not care! The rest of the day I will be icing my knees, due to the swelling and pain. I noticed another elderly lady with a cane trying to pay for her flowers and she was also told to go stand in line, at that time the outside cashier was not open, she just left her cart there full of flowers and soil and left, but she did state I could not enter in the garden area, I told her to write a complaint. If I could give this store zero stars I would.

This store in Highlands Ranch, Colorado make you feel like you are in small town, USA. They are always willing to help you!

It is a great place to shop. They always have what I need.

All of the employees, at this location go far beyond what they are required to help. They make it a fun experience.

The store is well stocked and has generally friendly employees. But the checkout lanes are absolutely miserable. They have nothing but self checkout registers, sometimes an employee will check you out, sometimes you're on your own. Only 2 of the registers accept cash, which is usually what I pay with. So I am often forced into waiting for a machine that accepts cash while other customers checkout in one of the many "card only" lanes. To add insult to injury, many of the customers using the machines that accept cash use a card to pay. The self check lanes need to go away. Would be a 4 star store if they had real checkout lanes like every other retailer on the planet.

Store was clean and associates ask if you need help. Customer service people were very helpful. Pleasure to shop there.

Dave in the Appliance Department was extremely helpful in ordering my new dishwasher. He explained everything in detail and was friendly and efficient.
