We went in to purchase a shelf for our school's storage closet and the store mgr helped us to donate the product! Overwhelmed by the generosity and assistance! The shelf was perfect!

This Home Depot store has the best customer service that is unmatched!

I moved here about three years ago and I’m having the same great experience in the Highlland Ranch store that I had in Rochester Hills Michigan. Thanks guys and gals. Keep up the good work.

Ruth/Amber from customer service as well as Pedro and the young man whose name I forgot who was with Pedro who came and picked up my damaged product all exceeded my expectations from helping me out to reorder my tv stand with fireplace and also picking up the damaged item at my house since I had back surgery and couldn’t lift anything. These 4 that I have mentioned are the type of people we need more of in the customer service industry!!

She always greets with a smile, takes interest in what customers say,and is efficient in her work.

The store employees all went above and beyond in helping me today. From buying appliances to cutting lengths of chains, really great, friendly experience.

Total garbage! Spent the $60 on a guaranteed one-coat Behr Marquee gallon. Using premium rollers and brushes bought at the Woke Depot, does not cover in one coat. Went in to get a refund and/or warranty replacement, but the Woke Depot won't honor the warranty. Had to spend another $60 to buy another gallon to finish a small bedroom. Go to a paint store and buy real paint from experienced people, not this Kindergarten paint sold by Slow Joe's minions.

I needed assistance with some blinds today. In the 20+ years I've been shopping at HD, I've never had such exemplary customer service. Pedro was engaged, helpful and professional. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

I went into the store to order a hot water heater. Pro desk was closed but customer service was awesome! The person who helped me, ETHAN what is knowledgeable and courteous, awesome customer service by him!

Everyone I encountered in the Store was helpful and knowledgeable. The person who helped take the plexiglass out, brought a try square and helped me cut it in half so it would fit in my van.

I purchased a Wagner paint sprayer for some interior painting. The sprayer worked like a charm.

Was shopping for a single exterior door. Your employee, Richard Roberts, in the Door/Millworks area was (is) EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went Way Out of His Way to help us in purchasing a door. Our first choice door was not correct or available so he researched areas HD online (not available to us) and found us a very good door that says will work by your installers. Looking forward to getting it installed in mid-Oct 2023 as takes from early August to have it shipped to the store. Thank You So Much...Richard !!!

Connie what is the best, kindest and most outstanding person I could have run into on a day when I needed lots of help with complicated exchanges and finding tricky products. I have had other experiences at different Home Depot's that were frustrating and nearly felt like I had to tackle someone to the floor before I could get them to help me. That was not the case in the store. Connie was incredibly attentive and kind in asking what I needed, tenacious in chasing down details to ensure the returns were accomplished, and double checking that I had the items I needed as well as signaling help from the loaders when I needed to load items into my car. Because of her, I will return to this Home Depot and shot her again, definitely. Kudos Connie, five stars. I hope they give you the promotion and raise you deserve!

Eric from the HIghlands RAnch store was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the tile product I was looking at and was very patient in helping me to make my decisions.

Our experience with returning a water dispenser my husband and I bought from Home Depot went so smooth thanks to the employee Sara who was insistent to make things right with us. She was friendly and caring looked up our purchase and didn’t hesitate to help! We need more Sara’s at stores like this. Her manager was great as well. Made our return smooth after a long days work.

The associates were friendly helpful very accommodating.This time.all of the employees are on the right track.I didn't see that B!Tch with the nasty attitude and glasses. Im Happy about that.

If you need something that is not on the shelf and they have to get it down from the rafters, expect to wait a LONG TIME. It would have been faster to drive to another location!

Tim at the pro desk is awesome to work with. He is super knowledgeable and makes things happen.

Just store usually has most everything I need for gardening in the home. The garden center is huge and prices are reasonable. Most aisles are self-explanatory but once in awhile you need to ask where something is and usually there is an employee available

This store had nothing but bad excuses why they couldn't, shouldn't, and wouldn't help me with a Behr tinting job. I then went to the Wadsworth Home Depot store, and they took care of me in no time at all. With no ridiculous excuses and falsehoods, like from Doug at the Highlands Ranch store. I could write two pages with all of the BS he gave me.

They are the only ones to carry my furnace filters. Plus they always have my garden supplies.

I had a great experience shopping at the Highlands Ranch Home Depot, the associates were very friendly and willing to help at all times.

This Home Depot has excellent customer service. Recently they helped resolve a toilet incompatibility problem which resulted in them giving me a generous discount to mitigate the issue. This site is also very accommodating with returns.

Always the best service! Great, knowledgeable, and friendly employees.
