Why shop somewhere else when you can get the personal and friendly attention that you can get from the people at this store? It's worth the drive if this store isn't the closest to your home or project.

Sales associates in appliances were outright neglectful, rude, defensive, argumentative and generally worthless.

I have shopped at nearly 20 different Home Depot stores throughout the country for over 20 years. This store has the best inventory, presentation, and caters to the local consumer. Not just contractors. Keep up the good work.

This store is my "go-to" Home Depot store. Today, I had to make a return. They were very friendly and got it done lightning-fast!

Managers within the paint department, as well as the part-time help, are without any social graces and actually speak rudely about their customers while pretending not to...customer service is not an asset I believe they possess.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher on line with installation. Delivery was perfect. Installation was a disaster. Don't use their installation. I went to the store and they provided superb customer service to resolve a problem they had nothing to do with. Very pleasant and professional staff in appliances and Kirsten, their problem solver. I highly recommend this store

The sales staff at this store are always responsive with expertise not found in most other super stores. Carol who works in plumbing is a super star who not only knows plumbing and sprinkler systems, but suggests viable alternatives for new products I had not considered. As a contractor, I appreciate these suggestions as they save me time and money on installations.

Outstanding service provided by manager on duty David Miller. He addressed an issue with a special order window which is still in progress. He is an exceptional employee. Constance at the customer service register was very helpful with a purchase of a lawn mower. Very polite and professional.

Home Depot is my go-to home improvement store. I find the help to be very friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed in going there as they always have what I need and know exactly where to find it. The store is always neat and clean and well stocked. There is so much to pick from with reasonable prices. I give it an A+++++!

Special Order Millwork Area: While Home Depot or any big box home improvement store can sometimes be frustrating when looking for one small item, I needed some BIG help in designing and ordering multiple specialty and entry doors for my house improvement and construction project. Kathy B. in this store's millwork area is a master - she's fun to work with and she went the extra mile to ensure my order was accurate and perfect for my needs! She accomplished all of this over the phone as I was ordering from an out-of-state location.

The store where I shopped at, and intended my comments to reflect on great service that I received was at 6501 N E Loop 820, North Richland Hills, TX 76180. I. Was greatly helped by a Richard in plumbing, and a coworker, Logan. The items were inexpensive, which adds to me being impressed at the support I received. I know nothing about Store #1540.

Staff is positive, energetic, impeccable knowledge of inventory/location/processes. I'm a General Contractor for Commercial Real Estate...love this store and the great help they provide!
