The flooring department at the Highlands Ranch Home Depot is amazing! We loved working with Mekayla and we are excited for our new carpet!

Nick knows where everything is - he takes the time to walk us around the store to show us everything we need. He’s an expert about lumber. He’s fair - he’s kind - he’s really smart and Home Depot is lucky to have him - so is our neighborhood!

I arrived at Home Depot today to purchase some plumbing supplies. I also was going to have them give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel. When I arrived at the checkout the clerk informed me that yesterday Home Depot changed their policy and they no longer give an in-store military discount only online. The check out clerk was no help. This is NIT convenient at all and shows no support for our military! I will be shopping elsewhere

Fell for furnace cleaning and inspection. Ha No cleaning. Just $118 for a sales pitch and jacked up thermostat now. Thanks for that. Not. Don't make my mistake. Rip off

Bought stove washer/dryer and now refrigerator from Frank Eich, Appliance Specialist. He is honest, knowledgeable and will get you the best deal. The appliances are the best.

Google search for hours, says they are open till 10pm. Needed a tool, ran to the store,arriving before 8:45, Ran in and grabbed what I needed. Walked to self-check to check out only to find they were closed. Walked to the far end of the store, to check out. Walked back to the end inside the building due to better lighting, only the DOORS were also locked. Suggested to an employee that they mention that in their announcements only to be told "Not my problem"! This was the employee making the announcement! It isn't hard to add that to the announcements... Or maybe don't lock the doors before you actually close!!

This last time I was at the store, they had a lot of help. Unlike most businesses these days they actually probably had too much help. But it is nice to get waited on and have your purchases loaded into your vehicle.

I purchased several sheets of plywood and rented a truck to take it home. The whole experience was pleasant with employees going beyond their normal duties to help me at each step of the purchase and renting and loading a truck. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Went in to purchase totes.. Upon checking out at the self-serve aisle, the older customer service manager asked if he could go through my purchases under the guise of wanting to make sure nothing was damaged. This happened after I had already purchased the product. Before I could say anything, he was already going through it. If you shop here, be ready to be searched prior to leaving their store. I was a lifelong Home Depot customer. I will never shop there again.

In flooring went above and beyond to order the flooring and accessories I would need after I was told by another employee I would have to order the flooring myself, and that she could not help me calculate the amount I needed. Alina spent over 2 hours with me to make sure my order was correct!

Bought a lifetime gaurantee hose which failed in a year.i had a receipt, but they wouldn't refund. Instead i was offered anothe hose (why would i ever want that?) Or a gift card. To get the gift card i had to show my drivers license and have it scanned. Evey time i use the gift card i have to show my drivers license and have it scanned. Its easier to vote thant it is to use a HD gift card or return anything.

Prodesk employees and managers are very helpful and personable. Young employees at the checkout area are nice and helpful. If you go in by yourself and need help loading a heavy object, do not solicit a young man to help you. They will walk quickly past the isle trying to avoid you. If you specifically ask, they will say okay and then disappear and never come back or they will send the employee that no one likes as a joke and you feel bad that they are being treated in this way. The maturity level is not there.

Our appliance experience today was GREAT. Usually, not so great, but particular employee(s) were super-helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We are so appreciative of multiple professionals who have helped us walk through a process to determine what the exact product we need for various home projects. Our Home Depot partners excel in identifying specific needs, describing products and helping determine the perfect fit. This is vital to making projects simple.

shopping at the Highlands Ranch, CO store is nothing but special. We have lived in the area for 2 years and from our very first visit we realized this store was well stocked, well taken care of but MOST important is the employee team-there is always someone around to assist and they ask if they can help, and everyone we have ever encountered has always gone overboard to help! You owe it to yourself to make this your store
