I have had great service at this store, especially recently with my purchase of appliances. Anna and Shelby went above and beyond in their assistance with my wish to compare prices and put together a package that helped me qualify for the best price. They were patient as I pondered and asked questions. I met with these two on separate days, but got all that I needed and more. Five stars each in my book! As I looked in other departments I was asked by several sales associates if I needed assistance. It was a pleasure to shop there.

We had the best experience and help purchasing a refrigerator. We needed a specific size, and they were able to find us one to meet our needs. One of the store associates went out of their way to make our purchase complete! Plus it was exactly what I wanted! Cudos Home Depot!

Employees are rude and not helpful at all. No help loading or finding things. I cringe every time I have walk through those doors. I only shop for convenience and because Lowe's is too far away for a quick trip.

the store yes. the lumber dept. no, unless you like to climb the rack of wood to get your stuff because the people in lumber are not going to help.

The store is neat and clean. Most unusual is that 100% of every employee asked if I needed help finding what I was shopping for and were willing to show me where it was located by walking with me to its location. Prices are competitive and appear to be as good as the competition, even after the competition advertises its 11% discount. I I have often sensed the employees at the would prefer to not help me and often experienced lack of knowledge about where things are located. Home Depot has succeeded in training their employees to be helpful and to know where things are located to save me steps and time finding things.
