We are so lucky to have The Home Depot in Grand Rapids. We buy most of our home remodeling supplies from The Home Depot here, rather than drive to Duluth. The employees are always super friendly and very knowledgeable about The Home Depot's product lines.

Great customer service. This store always has exactly what I need!

I have heard people comment on the Grand Rapids Home Depot store regarding the helpfulness of staff compared to other Home Depot stores they have tried. I shop this store probably weekly and have always been pleasantly welcomed and asked if I need assistance or help finding anything. All staff, with whom I have worked with, always seem happy to help.

Feel I have already done this with my comments about my shopping experience.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at this Home Depot. Maelee in kitchen design was so kind and sat and listened to and addressed all my questions. Joy in flooring also was so helpful and took the time to talk me through the process. They were so great to work with. The speed from my initial meeting to the ordering of the cabinets was wonderful. Things just kept moving along with little time between visit and measuring to the ordering of my cabinets. The store was clean and it had many options for me to choose from.

Very friendly Store

We had help as soon as we walked in the door. All of our questions were answered and in a very timely manor we walked out with what we came in for. The store was/is always clean and well organized. We've never had a problem getting help when we have needed it during our visits at the Grand Rapids store.

Disappointed

It's good to have a Home Depot in Grand Rapids, MN. We're about 50 miles away, so we shop in the app, use its built in shopping list, and when we get to the store, we are able gather the items we need quickly. The employees are friendly, and helpful when we need assistance.
