You can also call first to inquire about a tool, or visit our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your store. If it's not, try another nearby store or reach out to our Rental Center associates to discover where that tool is available. Can I rent a tool for an hour?
You can rent a tool for four hours or more. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small DIY projects may only require a rental for a few hours, and long-term projects are no problem. You've got options to rent tools by the week, day, or month, too. If you need it longer than what you signed up for, call your Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I return the tools?
You can return the tools early if you finish your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off mud and grime from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do power saw rentals come with saw blades?
Yes, power saw rentals generally come with blades, but we recommend that you purchase your own. Your rental likely won't come with a new blade. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's better to buy a suitable blade, just in case you need it.
