Always a helpful and engaging staff. They are knowledgable and courteous. Clean store. Great products.

(1) The employee who helped us buy a washer and dryer was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to help us purchase the products we wanted. (2) Two floor staff took us to the areas - and products - we wanted to find, rather than just pointing the way.

Everyone I talked to other than my wonderful cashier, Wanita, was very rude and short. Employees were overheard picking and choosing who to help with based on what they felt like doing. I was sent back and forth between customer service and the lumber department multiple times due to lack of employee communication. The material I requested to be pulled was incorrect, which the manager argued with me about. Turns out the website is incorrect which same employee grudgingly apologized for. Material was also marked incorrectly in the store. I called hours ahead of time to have some items pulled so I wouldn't have to prolonginly expose myself during this time with covid, and ended up spending the better part of an hour in the store and pulling the items myself.

While Covid continues as a public health threat, this store's management and numerous store employees fail to wear face coverings that actually cover their mouth AND nose. Social distancing involving employees and me not observed. Physical assistance with large products, particularly drywall and plywood rarely available and never freely approaches to ask if help is needed so take an extra set of hands. Otherwise, a pretty typical big box store in a small town...lacking a large variety of options for products.

The staff at the Grand Rapids, MN store is always very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. They go out of their way to assure your needs are met and items received in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this store!

Seems like some HD stores offer better service than others; this store definitely does a better job in customer service. Whether showing where stuff is, not just saying aisle xx, or talking time to help select and load lumber (like Tom did) the details make a difference.

Just moved to Grand Rapids and was looking for a freezer. I walked into the store and Nyna Wourms found a freezer that could be delivered in less than a week. I'm very pleased with her eagerness to help me find what I was looking for and, it was on sale. I will be using Home Depot for my home needs.

Everyone was helpful, the store is neat and clean. They had everything I was looking for.

Terrible customer service in lumber and manager was terrible. No support at all, store manager needs to be replaced with someone who cares about their job.

Wherever I saw employees they were smiling and friendly. In the paint department, the two ladies that helped me were knowledgeable, friendly and I left feeling totally confident in my purchase. At the checkout, an employee came to help me at the self checkout and, again, she was friendly, helpful and smiling. I will be back!

Terrible customer service. We will not go back to this location. We wanted to purchase a large tool chest for $998 and they didn't want to sell us one. They didn't know where to find the item, didn't want to pull it out from the area so we could check the drawers, didn't want to remove the tape from the drawers so we could see inside all of them, were unwilling to take it out of the box so we could fit it in our vehicle, and just overall was very disappointed in most of the associates.

Everyone seems to do their job as good as they can with the way life is now days. They have been pleasant whenever I have had to go in for things. It isn't their fault that the store didn't have the 2x3's I need since someone higher up diverted stuff to the Twin Cities. The store seemed very clean and all were practicing being safe.

On April 21, 2020 I needed to get an item from the Home Depot in Grand Rapids, MN. Due to pandemic and social distancing, I was inclined to not ask a customer service rep and try to get my item on my own. The CSR that was working, could obviously see I was having difficulty and asked to assist. I was brought to the exact location of my item. Great customer service!

employees are stressed like the rest of us. they are unable to call other stores to see if the sale item they sell on line but do not have in stock is available.

marge was very helpful if you need help in lawn and garden she is the go to person. I wish I could bring her home to help me with my gardening. Thanks Marge

The Grand Rapids MN Home Depot has friendly workers who know where to find the products they have. I have never had a problem with returns. And overall, I really enjoy shopping there. The store is clean and wellstocked. I can find all my building needs right there and that saves time.

Don't deal with Angel at the service counter....never really friendly, and just leans on the counter talking to other co-workers! Had a wonderful experience with Heather, she was working in flooring, but took the time for us in appliances! Also Carmen was friendly! It won't help to complain! Certain employee's (The favorites) can do anything, and nothing happens, still the same unhappy attitudes every time I enter the store and I am a very good customer

I went in to look at a new gas stove for our kitchen. Nyna asked if she could help me. She was very knowledgeable about the stoves and helped my apply for a new HD credit card and get the stove ordered. I have a really good experience!!!!

We have a small home in remer mn that is a fixer upper. We enjoy going to home Depot for our supplies. A great store with friendly staff!
