If you need paint go see Julianna! Most cheerful and helpful person I have run into in quite some time. took the time to educate me on some paint pros and cons with different lines. Very pleased with the help at this location. Menards has nothing on you guys!

I have never been in a store in which I have felt so at home. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. What a joy! I would go there just to see all the friendly faces.

Friendly quick service

Had to zip into Home Depot on the weekend following Thanksgiving. It was busy, as I expected; but the store was clean, aisles were kept free from boxes and ladders as much as possible, giving ample space to maneuver the cart. The sales associates were all cheerful and helpful. Kerry, the cashier, was very sweet and funny. Will definitely shop there again.

Kind Home Depot employees replaced a defective leaf blower with one of greater value, since the original one was out of stock. Made me happy to shop there.

I like that Home Depot usually has what I need and want in sufficient quantities. However, that is subject to seasonal variance.

We love this location! Just recently purchased our first home and have TONS of remdoling to do. We initially went to home depot to get paint for our living room but Juliana was so amazing that she not only helped us with everything we needed for painting but helped us plan our future kitchen and floors! She dedicated time for us and was so kind. Even at checkout the man was so nice and full of smiles.

The Grand Haven store excels in regards to customer service, it's always clean & products are easily found due to good signage & alert employees.

This is the most helpful, friendly store in all of Michigan. The staff here are rockstars. Can't say enough about them. If your looking for paint, the paint department staff are so kind and helpful.

I was in a hurry. I didn't know where to look when an employee approached me and offered to help. She showed me everything I was looking for. That's my kind of service, and right in our own town.

The Grand Haven store is the greatest. In the last 2 weeks, we have done business in Grand Haven, Mt. Pleasant, and South Wyoming. Grand Haven store hands down.

Store employees are very cordial and knowledgeable about products offered. They take time to show me where a product is located if I can't find it.

The associate named Jill with very blonde hair is always so great and friendly. I try to go to her lane if she is working that day. She also tells me about any special sales. Once I forget my wallet and she saved my products while I ran home and back. So Nice!!!

The store was clean as always. Chad and Josh-from flooring and ProDesk both made our experience wonderful. This is why we always shop at Home Depot for our jobs! They always ensure our customers get the best product leaving us with happy customers and a booming business.

This Grand Haven store is well stocked and has a large variety of products for many projects. They have a large staff of helpful and knowledgeable employees. Quality all of the way around.

This store is great. I just purchased my first home in June and have all kinds of DIY projects to work on. Every time I've been here I've spent hours just because there is so much selection and I'm learning a lot from the associates. In particular Eric and Al have been super helpful with all my plumping need.

Unfortunately their customer service is not that great, particularly the customer service desk and check out. I stood in front of 2 employees at the desk and no one acknowledged for about 1 minute even though both of them saw me standing there. I could obviously over hear their conversation and it was nothing they could not have put on hold to acknowledge their customer. At the self checkout, I wanted to pay for a 2 foot piece of chain with no UPC code so I immediately pressed the need help button. Get this, 4 employees were looking at their shifts and figuring when to go on break, who would cover who for times, 4 employees!! In the mean time myself and another customer who had also pressed the help button were standing there waiting for assistance.

Store #2780 is a great example of what the founders of Depot wanted it to be. The staff is friendly, there is a broad selection of merchandise and inventory is in balance across the boards. They also have the new NCR high performance self-service check-out. If you ever really need help ask for Tad at the service desk or Sam , the asst. mgr. They will solve your problems.

I was at the paint department on Friday morning at 9:45. The woman working there was outstanding. I was getting the wrong deck paint and she pointed me in the right direction. Construction stores are tough as I am a mom who has not done a lot on my own of handy work. It's like a man walking into a shoe store. The employees were awesome and I was thankful for the help.

This is a great store full of friendly local faces. Someone is always available to help me when I walk in the door. I can always find what I need here.

Get your parking lot owner to IMMEDIATELY TRIM TREES that interfere with line of sight!!! This is an accident waitingto happen!
