The staff throughout the store are always very friendly and helpful. My wife and I are renovating our entire main floor and Justin in the Door department has been over the top helpful during this shopping process. He became our personal shopping assistant as he walked us through the Doors, Bath and Kitchen plumbing items, Lighting and Dimming switch items and put it all together in a nice clean Bill of Materials to be bulk quoted - which saved us some nice coin. Kudos.

Every time I shop at this Home Depot the employees are very helpfull and know the products.

This store is our hometown Home Depot. We frequent often and have bought flooring, appliances, paints and lighting materials here. The employees are very friendly and always go out of there way to assist. Customer assistance is outstanding. Employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. The store is clean and with covid, hand wash and masks are readily available upon entering. Well stocked and well staffed store.

We have another HomeDepot store near us but prefer the Grand Haven store. Everyone seems to enjoy their job, and are super willing to help in any way. The store is always clean and in todays times make you feel very safe. We had help from both Marcy and Jyl while we were there and were able to find everything we needed.

I highly recommend Grand Haven Home Depot. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I am in need of a product or service. Yesterday Janielle helped me in the paint area and she was awesome! I have had guys in the pro dept help with my weed wacker, as well as light bulbs and just info on where to find a product. It is always a pleasant experience.

The people that work at the Grand Haven Home Depot always ask if you need help finding something even if you're not sure what you need. They are always patient with this senior lady and always do their best to figure out what I need and then show me where it is located. The store is always neat and tidy and makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Patrick F was extremely helpful in assisting me with a large pot for planting I wished to purchase but which had a couple of chips in it. He gave me a discount as there were no other pots of the same size and type. He had a great personality and made the trip to Home Depot a pleasant one! In addition, the "plant lady" who doesn't even work for Home Depot, was very helpful in directing me to pots for plants and telling me why my plant's leaves were yellow.
