Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. I went in today with questions about what I need to do to my lawn this spring. I left with A LOT more knowledge (chemical & seed) than I came in with for sure.

I have been in this area for almost 2 years now, this Home Depot has the nicest most knowledgeable employees of any Home Depot anywhere ! And it is always easy to find someone to help you ! Love this place ! Ty to all those who work there !

This is one of the most friendly stores and cleanest I’ve been in. They really take the time to help you when you need it.

I had an exceptional experience in dealing with buying carpet from the Grand Haven Home Depot. Their staff was so friendly, helpful and explained the differences clearly. I had created an issue with my order and they fixed is promptly and with patience and kindness. I will be buying additional carpet in the next 6 months and will be buying it here due to the excellent staff interactions.

I bough a Dewalt oscilador, and a drill gun, I am very satisfied with my tools way better then the cheap I had

I ordered a washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed and it was amazing wonderful service. I have side loader washer and dryers and did not realize I needed pedestals. Although there was some confusion about free installation you do need to order them at the same time. This staff went above and beyond their job and helped me get them installed. I needed the help. Their customer service is outstanding!!!

Alan in Kitchen and Bathroom was terrific. He made sure I was safe when he lifted down the mini-refrigerator, put it on a cart for me and reminded me that someone would help me load it into the car. The gentleman who helped me load it was very kind and patient too.

Will not buy another appliance at home Depot. Had a refrigerator delivered but it did not work. Home Depot said it was manufacturer responsibility. After about a week if not having a working refrigerator and spoiled food I called local repair to fix it at my cost.

I like the quality of products

I stopped in the Grand Haven Home Depot today looking for a solution (connector piece to turn antique milk glass oil lamp into electric). I had some parts, but was needing one crucial piece. Al had many good iideas and was of great assistance. Thank you!!

My wife and I were picking up some paint for a couple of rooms in our home and found the folks in the paint department (on multiple visits) extremely knowledgeable and helpful. These folks actually had plenty of experience painting and were happy to share their knowledge. It was a great experience!

The gentleman that works in the carpet department, I think his name is Walter. He was so kind, even though we were looking at some of the cheaper carpets. It didn’t make us feel unimportant, because we were not purchasing the nicest carpet. That goes along way.

I've been shopping this store for years. Every experience was a good one. I garden, and the plant center has healthy stock with a good selection. I'm also a do-it-yourself guy, and this store and its employees never disappoint.

I bought the Insinkerator Evolution Series Select Plus disposal. Is beyond report and noticeably quiet.. Warranty from company manufacturer is for 9 yrs., well exceeding others. Highly recommend and Home Depot, Grand Haven was great with assistance thanks to Al, employee there in the department for plumbing supplies, etc.

I love that a staff member noticed that my elderly mother was in need of help and came right away to assist us!

I bought some bags of mulch and the employee loaded my car for me which was awesome because of my back issues.

Purchased and paid for special order windows a year ago that were delivered in uninstallable condition from Home Depot’s vendor. We still haven’t installed them and no one from Home Depot will help us resolve this.

This Home Depot store has the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered at a Home Depot or other home improvement stores. They’ve offered to walk around with me through the store to find items. They come out to assist in loading my vehicle without me asking for help and they are genuinely friendly and courteous.
