My wife went in to Home Depot to buy an artificial Christmas Tree. Unfortunately all that was left was the used display one. Home Depot was happy to sell it to her used with no box for full price! I ended up with a used artificial Christmas Tree for almost $400. Way to take advantage of my wife Home Depot, very classy.

Thanks to Patrick, I was able to understand more about laying down tile and picking a good tile color. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that my confusion was eradicated.

I was buying smoke detectors, the wired type. I had help through the process. I was buying in bulk.

This store’s employees are the reason to shop there. Always helpful and kind. Shelves are stocked well.

After leaving a competitor's store in tears today, it was so refreshing to walk into the GH HD with welcoming smiles and staff's willingness to help me. After already having an emotional experience that day, to walk in to HD and have so MANY staff happy to help...it meant the world to me. I wanted to hug the staff that helped me. I don't think they will ever know how valuable their treatment was. I cannot thank them enough.

Veteran's ensure your app for HD is up to par, as associates there don't like to help you and are very snippy when they have to actually work. The management also said they train people this way. My experience there on 19-9-22 the Grand Haven store was disturbing and very negative towards me as my app wasn't working there. The employee made the following comments, I will only do your discount this time only, if the app doesn't work you can call the home office, you can shop somewhere else instead of HD. The employee was rude, negative and condescending.

I had a specific set of products/goals in mind, including recycling a tool battery, and Home Depot was there for me.

Our experience at the Grand Haven Home Depot was great. Helpful, knowledgeable staff led us to the right products quickly and efficiently.

We use Home Depot for so many needs and even plants. Other places do not even water but our Home Depot has great plants, we bought for a Womens Shelter and for home.

This is my go to store for all household needs. Paint brushes, light bulbs, solar lights, etc. They are very gracious about returns. They never hassle me about an item I bring back.

I went with the intention of getting a lock washer for my wind catcher. An associate told me to use a flat washer instead because it would work better with less friction. It did. Another employee helped me with an idea. I was very impressed with both of them.

I have shopped at this Grand Haven store for years and I believe they do their level best to be the most clean and organized store that they can be.

Justin at the mill work desk helped me locate an interchangeable part for a broken decorative exterior door handle. Cost me $17 to fix my handle, instead of $135 to replace the door handle. Really appreciated that he became involved with my problem and helped me find a solution.

They supplied me with all my tools I've purchased and my painting needs

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store, and the Grand Haven store is my favorite of the Home Depot stores I have shopped tat.

The Grand Haven store always has what we need and the sales associates always ask if they can help find something. When we do have questions, there is always someone that is knowledgable and can help us. And our dog is always happy to go to Home Depot because he knows when he goes there, he's going to be offered a treat!

Our cashier, Patrick, suggested we purchase a 2-pack of furnace filters instead of 2 singles which ended up saving us about $15! Great customer service and our dog loves going there with us for exercise and treats. We always enjoy our trips to Home Depot!

I’m 68 years old & a lady & I just bought my first cordless drill, the sales person explained the drill to me and I appreciated it a lot. Thanks Home Depot

Real first bad experience with Home Depot, I requested assistance from four different employees today and waited for an half-hour. Having some materials that would have a very difficult time fitting in my Verano I was seeking help to cut it in half. But I needed it, so I just made it fit luckily, guess this is not the only store that needs some help. I will still recommend this store, but watch out...Peace.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like being able to order online and pickup in store. Helps reduce wasted trips to get a product I need.

Nancy in Appliances was awesome to work with. She spent all the time we wanted to help us figure out what would work in our kitchen. She never left us to talk to others. She stayed with us through the whole shopping trip. Can’t recommend this store enough. Great customer service.

This store is perfectly located for me. They always have the higher end quality products I desire in stock. The staff is does a nice job at helping me when I need help but also leaving me be when I don’t need any help and am set on quickly getting what I need and getting out of there.
