They are exceptional employees! My experience was great. I bought a lawn mower from them and I opened a charge card they took their time with me and explained everything completely! Just very kind and patient! I will continue to shop there and tell others about the wonderful service I personally received .Great job Home Depot!!

Staff has little interest in helping customers and shelves are not adequately stocked.

I always look forward to my visits to the Grand Haven Home Depot. On my most recent visit I was immediately greeted by employees that were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help me find everything that I needed to complete my home improvement project. When I went to another department I received the same friendly and helpful service. I would gladly go out of my way just to experience this pleasant shopping experience.

The associates in lumber and composites were very helpful in getting additional stock down to meet the quantity I required. It was nice to be treated as a valued customer and not an interruption. Throughout the store, the associates seemed happy and helpful.

Richard, cashier in the Garden Shop, always brightens my day! The only suggestion would be to have employees circulate a bit more. I easily found several suppliers/stockers who weren't Home Depot employees, and then finally located 3 orange-vested staff talking together. Maybe they were in training? Otherwise, your store is well stocked, and even the suppliers were very pleasant!

The store was fine. But I do not recommend the flooring department for ordering and installation. Poor Communication, poor training and mistakes led to ultimately wasting much time, and ultimately left us without planned flooring installation and in a pinch, having to go elsewhere... very stressful and frustrating.

Associates were very helpful! Al and Warren helped me find all the parts on my list sent from my contractor.

Nancy in appliances us very helpful and knowledgeable with products. She helped us to find the perfect summer beverage refrigerator and did not push us on products that were more than what we need. She is extremely friendly as well!

I have always found the employees at our Grand Haven store to be readily available and helpful. If they do not have the answer, they find someone who does. In addition, I've had employees to go out of their way to help me. At 73, this is a real plus.

We always have the best customer service at Home Depot in Grand Haven. Such amazingly helpful staff and always willing to help. The staff work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Store is always clean and well stocked!

I like shopping at your store where every thing is there and no waits on products

Juliana in paint is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help the customer.

Everything was laid out well and organized. The two associates I talked to, Nick and Brad were very helpful.

This is my go-to store for many fix up and building items. Staff is friendly, store is clean, I know where things are usually. I love going to this store and have found many quality items for our new home.

BIG THANK YOU to Ms. Juliana in the paint department. She's the "Wonder Woman" of paint and stain. She practically flew over the counter to help me pick out paint swatches for a friend who was struggling on what colors she wanted for her new house. Then, Juliana helped me with some stain questions that I had for one of my own projects. I frequently visit the paint department since my hobby is refurbishing furniture and own an old farmhouse. Extremely poor customer service. Employees were not honest concerning delivery dates

Patrick F. went above and beyond helping me. You were out of an item and he called other stores to see if they had the item on the shelf. I have had him help me 2 times in the last week and employees like him are why I come to Home Depot.

Wayne Benkert in the flooring department was very helpful and patient in helping me pick out my flooring. Was very friendly and answered al of my questions to my satisfaction. All the store employees are very helpful and help me with any questions or problems that I am having.
