This is good store which takes care of its customers. The employee are helpful and guide you to select things of your requirement. There is no delay and every body is treated alike. The cash counter is pretty quick and courteous. There is a good thing in this store that they display the discounts on the articles itself which help us to select stuff of our need and at reasonable price.

I routinely go to this store several times a week. The employees are very knowlegeable and if I buy something that's incorrect it is easy to return. The store is clean and they have appropriate biosafety precautions in place.

Had a great 2.5hr experience at Home Depot. The associates where so friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed for my DYI projects except 1 item. Thanks to the Managers, associates in painting, flooring, garden, cashier, and car loader they made it happen.

Absolute worst customer service from the manager on down loss-prevention whatever else you got in that store I've never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing but staring at people not asking anyone if they needed help not helping anyone that needs help obviously certain people being greeted certain people not being greeted the worst absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life I will never in my life spend a dime in that place I don't give a s*** if last place on earth

I arrived at 8:30 & garden center was not open. I asked when walking in & then went to paint giving them time to staff it but there was no one there when I arrived & I couldn't find what I needed. When checking out I asked again & was told-they open at 8 AM. If no one is out there they must be late or called out. No offer to help me. To top it all off a customer came in with their dog off leash. I'M ALLERGIC! The dog wandered around/away from the customer but no one said anything to the customer.

Most of employees are very pleasant . . a couple are not. Otherwise Home Depot is where I shop

We needed so much for our new house and we went to this Home Depot two days in a row with a ton of needs and questions. The staff were helpful and friendly and even helped my husband load an oven in our car. Friendliest and cleanest Home Depot I’ve been in.

Simply trying to purchase To purchase a device at the store that was advertised when taking to the checkout I was given the wrong device at the wrong price and didn’t return the device and he stated that he didn’t have the product in stock. There was no statement saying it was clearience I asked for a rain check- I was then told to this is ridiculous why would somebody do this how stupid I was 4 hours and ended up returning all my purchases - I have never been treated like that by anyone - I am not Karen I just wanted something for this store and was treat like a criminal — your guys are really out of control. I hope you can find a job better job doing something that makes you happy instead of taking out on other people. Seriously !

Found the store to be clean, well organized, staff extremely friendly especially Michael Dash 12 who helped us from the moment I walked into the store all the way to loading the items we bought in a car a real pleasure.

This is a good store where the managers are willing to work with you.

This HD tends to have the odd, one-off items I'm looking for that aren't carried in other HD's around town. People are always helpful.

I went into this store with an elderly female friend who was looking for a new battery powered mower. We found a nice young man who took the time to ask us if we needed help, answered our questions, and when we had a question about the type of battery and how long it lasted- which was NOT listed anywhere on the box, he took the time to read the box thoroughly and look it up on his phone to answer the question. He got a cart for us and waited on us to check out then walked us out and put it in the car for us.

I always liked the prices here better!

Had the items I needed in stock, items were easy to find, checkout lines were short.

Purchased appliances and Andrew, Mgr. is the best!
