Needed some advice on painting our deck. Don, in the paint department was wonderful! He was helpful and friendly! He was very patient with our many questions. Great associate and pleasant trip to Home Depot!

I knew where the item was i needed.so it was a quick in an trip to the register. At the self checkout, the young man that was at the exit was very pleasant. That is such a rare thing anymore i had to mention it!

I went into the store expecting to have to purchase and load my landscaping items for a residential upgrade however, I was approached by a young man named Gunner who not only went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional he was able to arrange for all my items to be delivered removing all stress that I had. He worked with me, was very patient and I will from now on, go out of my way to shop this location. Bravo HD for obtaining this young man, he is the face of the future! Great customer service.

I was looking for an item that was seasonal and has just been put away. Nevertheless, Andy (asst mgr), CJ and Cassie were amazing and went out of their way to help me. Their service was the best I’ve ever gotten at a Home Depot before but it was their friendly and helpful attitudes that really stood out. A BIG thanks to all three - their store is lucky to have them!

The new spring flowers were on sale this weekend and we bought several at reasonable prices.

Purchased a Tuff Shed today. Was assisted by Beck M and her manager, Jeffrey F. They were very helpful and made sure we had the shed and all the features we were wanting. Would definitely recommend them for all your special remodeling or home needs.

I have been to the store many times in last few months because we are rehabbing a home. Becky M greets me and helps me with which product is best for my job. She handles my returns and pro plus account. I look for her when I check out!

Rarely do they rotate the bad 2x4s out so be prepared to hunt and ask them to drop a new load of them to did through

Our carpet order had to be finalized. The staff member had our order pulled up and was ready to discuss our concerns and made the necessary changes to our order.

I am replacing some flooring in my home. Salesperson JXB3KXD was very helpful, but let me spend as much time as I needed looking at choices of flooring. He was available to competently answer any questions I had. I had quotes from 3 stores and Home Depot had the best value. I am looking forward to having the carpet replaced on the stairs soon.

Walking into Home Depot can be overwhelming....thank goodness they had motorized carts bc I would have never been able to walk it...Finding an employee was a little difficult....everywhere is short-staffed it seems. The employees were not wearing a vest or other identifiers like a badge or anything! I finally found a young woman. Her name is Robin! She was super kind & took me to every item on my list & very patiently assisted me in making decisions..I was chatty & she listened & shared back! I appreciate that in a person! She stuck by me through my list & then also checked me out at the register..Made an intimidating situation great! Robin deserves a promotion &/or a raise!!

Having worked for a vendor that services Home Depot, I am familiar with a half dozen Home Depots in the general area. This is by far my favorite and I always shop here. The Home Depot 3008 has the best management and the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff!

I purchased a Ryobie battery operated 42" zero radius lawnmower. The whole process of determining which product was best for our needs along with the knowledgeable sales person went very well. Things took a decidedly different turn when I opted to open a store credit card. The cashier assisting me was a new employee and had difficulty getting the transaction set up properly for me to receive all the perks that came with the new credit card. When I arrived at the store this last time, I was so frustrated and irritated with all that I had endured the prior 4 days that I was ready to return my $4,000+ mower! A very long story short; over a course of 5 days that included 3 + hours spent on the telephone (getting cut off twice) trying to resolve the issue and two trips to the store which is 7 miles from my home, all was finally resolved to my satisfaction by Angela and Jonathan in customer service, who are a couple of angels, along with their supervisors Moriah and Moose. All 4 of them were professional, pleasant, understanding, and determined to get the issue resolved before 10:00 PM when the store closes. All issues were resolved and I left a happy customer. Home Depot really understands the meaning of customer service and we will definitely continue to use this store!

We were shopping for a big lawn project we are doing this summer. We needed A very large amount of heavy lawn papers. We needed assistance getting the pavers from extra storage. The store manager immediately sent one of the forklift operators to get these additional pavers from the rafters. Then, the manager had these papers taken to the parking lot to make it easier for us to load our order. But, the customer service did not stop here. There were several employees that actually helped us load into our vehicle! I cannot say enough about the exceptional shopping and customer service experience we had at the Gladstone Home Depot!! EXCELLENCE in Customer Service!!!

I have been looking for some hard to find items and was able to find everything on my list at this Home Depot. Mason was very helpful and so were the others who helped throughout the store.

Dorothy was so helpful and nice to us even though it was towards closing. We were in desperate need and she went above and beyond to help us.

Purchased items for deck repairs and staining. Customer service and staff was helpful and answered our questions. I prefer this location to the one closer to my home. I had an issue with a delivery fee being applied to my online order when there was a promotion for "free delivery". The fee ended up being applied to my credit-card so I contacted HD to inquire about a refund. I was told they would work on processing the refund but they ended up with internal system issues. In steps Becky at your Gladstone MO store and she took over my issue. She worked with me a couple of days over the phone and then had me come in store. When I arrived in store she was super awesome to work with and made the best of a bad situation. Overall I did end up getting the refund but it is only because of Becky going above and beyond to figure out the problem and making it happen. She is one of those rare ROCKSTAR employees who should be commended for he work ethics! Thank you Becky, you now have a new fan!!!

Purchased a dishwasher today and was treated very well by the sales staff and the cashier. Nice experience and felt very appreciated as a customer.

I needed a cleaning agent and checked the app because I needed to get in and get out quick as I had food in the car. It was listed on Aisle 45. When I got inside, all I found on 45 was INTERIOR LIGHTING. I had to walk around until somebody finally told me where to look. What I needed was on 49, not 45 as the app stated. I get it, stores rearrange things... But you have to update the new locations!

Not 1 friendly person in this store. Makes you feel like your bothering them by spending hard earned $

We went to the Home Depot near our home and the items we needed were out of stock. The gentleman that helped us answered all of our questions then found the closest location with the items in stock. The employees at both locations were very helpful and knowledgeable.

MR MOOSE AT GLADSTONE HOME DEPOT IN KANSAS CITY...FOUND A HANDYMAN TO INSTALL MY STOVE FROM 4 MONTHS AGO...HE PAID THE BILL AND PUT A WHOLE CHERRY TREE ON TOP!! I WAS GIVEN DOUBLE FOR MY TROUBLE!! :)
