Excellent customer service

I met Ari at the checkout counter in the returns dept and was blown away by her cheerful nature and attitude. She made me feel happy too. She is the first checker in the returns dept that wasn't upset with me because I wanted to check out at the returns counter! I park near the outdoor garden center and that's where the returns dept is. The check out lanes are at the opposite end of the store and I'm too old to walk the entire store to check out and walk all the way back to my car.

Received exemplary assistance today. The cashier (Jason) even helped me load my garden supplies in the rain. I'm getting older and really appreciated the help.

YESSSSS, Ms. Diane and Julia was exceptional in the way I was treated.....And let me explain, because Diane works the home improvement section, and she went out her way to help me with a screw I knew nothing about.... And she was honest, she didn't know anything about that isle as well. So she partnered up with Julia...even contacted friends on their phone to ensure I purchased a $10 dollar item. People do not normally go this far for such a small priced item.....but they did.

Customer service and associate enteraction is excellent! The store is clean, always well stocked and the associates are always ready to be of assistance!

Andrew & Karen were amazing in their customer service and helped me from start to finish with a purchase that I did not have a lot of expertise in. Went above and beyond to make my experience less daunting and hassle free.

Beyond my expectations from the staff to the inventory. It make me feel more comfortable buying the supplies to keep my house pretty.

as always, my shopping at this Home Depot is a pleasure. Always greeted at the entrance by a friendly associate. Needed assistance locating an item in lawn & gardening but was unable to find an associate inside or in the outdoor area but I was eventually able to locate what I was looking for. The highpoint of my visit was when I stopped at the paint department to ask for help with a non-paint related project, hopefully to get assistance without having to go elsewhere in the store. I was very pleasantly surprised by getting the help I needed by a "team" of young people including Sophi, Delton, Miles H and Ericka

Store employees helped me jump start my truck after I purchased my items. Great group of people!!

WELL I GET THAT EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP BUT TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU UNLOCK AN ITEM THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE TRASH FOR HAVING THEM HELP YOU. THEY ALL HAVE A PHONE TOOL TO HELP AND YET NO ONE THERE COULD HELP ME AT ALL, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS REVIEW THE CAMERA. IT WAS A VERY MESSED UP EXPERENCE. NEXT WHEN THEY UNLOCKED IT I HAD TO GO TO WHERE HE WANTED ME TO GO AND THE KID WAS RUDE. SORRY BUT ITS TRUE. NEXT, HE FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO HELP ME FIND THE SENCOND HALF I THEN NEEDED THE BUY ONE TOOL GET A FREE TOOL. THE GUY SAID I HAD TOO LOOK AROUND TO FIND THE THING. JUST LOOK IT UP. I EVEN CAME IN WITH THE PRINTED OFF PAPER WORK. ANYWAYS THEY FOUND THE BUY ONE GET ONE TAKE IT TO THE REGISTURE LIKE SEAL TEAM 6 WAS GUARDING IT AND WHEN I WENT UP THERE I GOT RANG UP AND THEY SAID $500+. I WAS LIKE NO ITS A 399 ITEM AND THE OTHER TOOL COMES FREE. AS SHE FOUGHT ME OVER AND OVER THE OTHER GUY SAYS IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SCREEN AND SHOWED THE BUY ONE GET ONE. THEN SHE SAID WELL IS THAT EVEN THE RIGHT ONE. OMG!!!!! I HAD TO FIGHT THIS CHICK AND SHE JUST SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS SO JUST REMOVED THE ADDITIONAL TOOL ITEM. I ALSO HAD A 10% OFF WHICH SHE HATED. BUT I DID NOTICE ITS JUST ALL KIDS THERE SO WHY WOULD ANYONE GIVE TWO ABOUT US. ANYWAYS THATS HOW IT ALL WENT DOWN.

Cashier was Samuel and he was very polite and fast during checkout.

An employee recommended a type of firewood to me. A firewood starter that was an awesome purchase and recommendation. A natural wood that is like a natural firestarter called fatwood. He was a GREAT assistant! :) Helped me immensely.

Rebecca the cashier was very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and the restrooms were also clean. I liked shopping here even though it was not the Home Depot that I normally go to.

The rudeness in some of the cashiers make the others look bad. I can get attitude from my children do not need it from a stranger's. Employees do what ever they can to avoid you. They have a pro counter you would want to avoid Cheryl. She doesn't seem to want to work.
