Home depot products are long lasting

Irelanna at the Gladstone, MO, store took great care of me during a pretty complicated return on 10/19. Thank you for your patience Irelanna.

Maybe they should have a policy of no phone while at the checkout for the clerks. Not only would they be able to pay more attention but possibly stop theft.

Friendly sales staff. In home estimates are NOT high pressure .

This store is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. I’d recommend everyone to shop there for any home needs. The management is exceptional and has produced very exceptional employees. Melissa in the paint is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful Ashley and Becky always helpful in creating my large orders and ensuring my deliveries are without issue. Barbara (Erica) is equally as helpful when Becky is busy. Always a friendly smile.

I really enjoy this store. Everytime I come to this location, I am always greeted by employees that seem happy and that are eager to help the customer. I thoroughly appreciate it and want to shout out a "JOB WELL DONE!!!!" Thank you because you make my life a lot easier!

When I want to find a part, an item, something for the garden or for the outdoors, or home repair.....paints, gutter parts, plumbing, etc. I can depend on Home Depot to have what I need.....If they don't have it.....nobody else does either.

Wasted my time trying to schedule a caret install through HD. Had someone come up to measure for the job (paid $50.00 for this service) just to be told they do not install the carpet I selected anymore even though the carpet was picked out BEFORE the measuring appointment. After I was told they don't install that brand anymore, I was on hold two different times at 20 minutes each, kept being transferred to the carpet department even though they knew no one was there because the person called in sick. Could not refund money over the phone so I have to go in with my card to get it taken care of. That will be the last time I step foot in this Home Depot. Customer Service was terrible.

The most pleasant and patient help from two Appliance Specialists on two separate visits to the same department. Rob Rowland and Jude Sylva were outstanding and obviously enjoys what they do. Very patient indeed .Bob was very helpful in helping me make a decision on which kitchen bundle available. Printed me a copy of the details of each appliance and offered to answer any other questions I might have. Asked if he would be there the next day , he replied, that he wouldn't, but Jude is great at her job and she would be available to help me. Went back the next day and Jude was there. She assisted me just as Bob said and was also very pleasant, professional and patient. Jude's supervisor was also very helpful with the checkout. She was called for help and was right there. What a wonderful experience. THEY NAILED IT!!! Thank you ! I will be back!

Good service, friendly.

The cashier heard that I was a veteran and gave me a discount, and when we explained that we were building falcon boxes for the Missouri Department of Conservation for endangered peregrine falcons in KC, she petitioned her management to give us a bigger discount. Hakeem helped us take the lumber to our truck and while we were waiting for our truck to come up to the loading area, he noticed a woman starting to put something heavy in her trunk, he excused himself briefly to go help her.

Personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and time efficient. The phone order was created by a competent young lady.

Needed an impact wrench, price was $239 in store. Home Depot website price and price available through multiple competitors was $219. Refused to price match even though their low price guarantee states they will.

All Employees were nice and helpful. Can't beat the prices.

At the time I was in the store, there were only a couple of check out lanes at the far other end of the store that were open, but Joy gladly checked me out at the Customer Service checkout nearest to the exit where my car was parked, Thanks Joy!

This store is a consistent in service and on hand merchandise available.

i have been slowly remodeling and updating my home since 1998 and have had wonderful and friendly service. at one period i was in the store so often that i was greeted by name by employees as i wandered and asked if i needed any help and if need be they called for someone to come and assist me. i love the gladstone home depot and especially Diane Peterson in window and door dept.

Store is usually good, I did have a run in with Brian who works in the power tools area with the key maker, he said he would help me with a key and would be right back, 5 min later I saw him down the isle just stocking??? 3 associates walked by asked if I needed anything I explained Brian said he would be right back but now I don’t see him, they said they could not help and walked on. After 10 min an older gentleman asked if I needed any help, and explained what had happened, he said I will get you token care of and made my keys, he was also helping hold a isle clear for a fork lift too, I would give this store one star if it were not for this guy. After that I went up front to check out, and Brian was just standing up there not doing anything, he had the nerve to say I see you got token care of, I said yes thanks for coming back and helping me!!!

Was greatly surprised as I was walking to my car with big bags of dirt Kauchan was getting carts. He offered to load my dirt without me asking for assistance. Was the nicest young man. We need more people like him in this world. Thanks Kauchan.

This is a great store and has great employees. Every time I've had a question while shopping there, the employees I've met have always been helpful and assisted me to the best of their ability. I'm in the middle of a major remodel and as a DIYer the employees of this store have helped greatly. Moose you can be very proud of the team you put together.

We have had the best experience working with Dorothy on two separate occasions. The first time, we were searching the city for a dishwasher, and after having one employee tell us that there were none in stock, Ms. Dorothy actually took the time to look and find us one to take home that day. The second time she helped us was today 4/17/21. We again found ourselves in a predicament needing a washing machine. After spending some time in appliances looking, an older gentleman told us that there were zero washing machines in the store. We went up to customer service to see if they could help us locate one in another store, and Ms. Dorothy appeared! She smiled so big and said hello as she recognized us from the visit two weeks before. We asked her if she knew of a washing machine that was in stock, and she told us to follow her, where she pointed out two machines that were available to take home the same day. Dorothy is a jewel, and has now helped me and my family from serious delays in shipping deliveries, just by taking the time to look and helping us. We are very grateful.

Excellant service from two of your employees. Becky Miller and April. They knew the products and what was needed to complete the job. They are a true asset to your company.

Dave in tools is a great employee. He went over and above to help us. Next time I go back I will look for Dave

I love this store. There's almost always someone to greet you, employees know where to find everything, and it's usually well stocked with everything I need for both my home and business projects.

The people there have been understanding and helpful. They act like they appreciate your business.
