As one who taught customer service for years, Jerry is the guy you want to mentor your new people. Also as a service-connected disabled veteran, I appreciate the store manager Gary’s support of the Home Depot discount program.

Home Depot rewards me with every in-store purchase for the 8 years i served this country. They don't HAVE to do it and they don't brag about it, just quietly go about thanking service men & women, past and present.

Came in to buy a specific product on sale my husband wanted, we had an add that said buy one get one free the products were not ringing up correctly Cecilia and her fellow associate, sorry I did not get her name where very helpful, it took them over 20 minutes to get the product to ring up correctly and I am very grateful they honored the sale for me. Thank you ladies!

We purchased our kitchen cabinets after receiving great service and blueprint from Tom(TM61PH) He was patient and helped us make our remodel a great experience.

During covid you started curbside pickup. At first it seemed great. Now no one will answer phones to get your order brought out. Took 3 phone calls before I give up. Only to find all customer service people were just standing having conversations with each other while phones continue to ring. I am a licensed contractor who has always used your store for supply's. If your going to offer curbside you need to take care of all your customers. My wife has medical issues. That I'm trying to keep her safe and still do my jobs..

I have always gone to home depot. easy to find what I an looking for. I have purchased lighting, flooring, appliances, flowers, paint, window covering, etc. associates went out of their way to help me find my perfect choices. very clean even the restroom.

I always leave Gaylord home depot satisfied! Everyone who works their is always so friendly and helpful! You can guarantee this store is clean and is very organized! This is my go to store and has been for 4 years now since I've moved up here! My whole home is either painted in their products or furnished...but still have a ways to go(; My home wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for this home depot! I love Gaylord home depot!
