Susan the employee that helped me check out was very nice.

People at returns desk extremely dismissive. Didn't acknowledge me standing in front of them. One let the phone ring for well beyond any respectful time of answering until whoever was calling gave up. Just rude.

The Gaylord Michigan Home Depot just seems to be more well stock than the other HD's in the upper/lower Michigan area in my opinion.

We went in looking for specific Christmas lights and Leo and Terry really went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for! Excellent customer service!

Had help loading a large amount of lumber and concrete which is hard to get in the Indy metro area where I usually shop. Kayla was very friendly and sweet at the checkout.

From Ron helping me load what I needed ( roofing materials). To Holly that checked me out ,to Paul that loaded my vehicle. They were all so friendly and helpful. What a great store!! Thank you all !!

I recently went to this location to make a purchase, I got in line, behind a couple in the lane with the register light on. Couple and cashier move over to a closed lane ( which I didn't think anything of, a return or exchange likely - as this has happened to me in the past and then cashier moves back to register where they began). Light stays on where I am, customers begin to line up behind me as well, then customers go to other lane and cashier begins ringing them up, when I ask why, she says "you can clearly see I moved over here, you saw me move" ( here she is admitting she saw me and didn't acknowledge me). The cashier then proceeds to blame me for not knowing she MOVED, when light for register where I was standing and began was on, and light where she moved was not turned on. As she is FINALLY ringing me up she continues to bad mouth me in FRONT OF ME to customers. Other Home depot employees are standing there and doing NOTHING about it. There is a reason I don't shop here often, and it's because of the customer service employees offer up, other stores are much more friendly.

Home Depot has several insect killer for lawns!

We go to home depot in gaylord 2-3times a week . They always seem to have what we need in stock .

I’m always greeted when I step into the store and always pleased with my purchase! I just bought a chest freezer and waiting for delivery now which by the way was next day delivery!! Doesn’t get any better than that people !!

I like this store a lot, the staff is the friendliest and it's not as crowded as some of the other stores

They are open when we need them to be, and have what we need. We get to make a selection from varying quality and price points.

I purchased bathroom accessories (shower caddy, toilet seat, towel rack(s) - 4pc set). No pieces were missing and everything was easy to install. Will definitely visit the Gaylord Home Depot for all of my remodeling needs.

I had only purchasing from one of your competitors, but you had much better selection and prices. Your availability was outstanding, even cut our lumber to size.

I bought some flooring and the young man that helped us at the Gaylord store was extremely knowledgeable . His name was Jess.

I purchased three products. The sales person helped me in his department and then took me to another area to find what I needed and explained how to use it.

All the people were great in every department we shopped in

I shop very often here and the employees are terrific. They eagerly help even though they are busy stocking etc.. If no employee is present in plumbing and I need help, I can ask any other employee and help arrives quickly. The team is an enthusiastic crew.

The Employee that was working in the blinds area was extremely helpful, and kind. Overall everyone was very willing to help.
